absolutely my favourite gnc, others i go to are generally distant, severely out of stock, or don’t know how to answer my questions. i always miss his name, but the man who works here is always so helpful! i come in with a bunch of questions about what products he likes best and recommends, and am never disappointed, he always helps me out. thank you!

good service but over priced 3$ for a bottle of prime you can buy prime at Walmart for 1$ 30c

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Half my order was canceled, the other half was never tendered to FedEx, I paid for Overnight shipping, called 3 days in a row and order canceled after 5 days and ordered from Walmart with free next day shipping. I will never shop GNC again!! Tell me it takes 3 business days for FedEx to update status??? Tell that to someone who hasn't worked in a Warehouse/Shipping Dept for 15 yrs. Shipments are scanned at pickup and would not show only a label being created after 5 days.

Went into the store today to get some supplements and see if they had CBD pills. No one was in the store when we got there. I was browsing the shelves with my niece when a man walked in. At first, I didn't know if he worked there or not because he never said anything to us besides a grunted, "Hi." I figured he was an employee when he walked behind the counter and toward the back room. I called out a question if they had CBD. He called back, still walking away from us into the back room to sit on the computer, they didn't. Didn't give us any other options. Didn't ask if we had anything else to find (which we did, I wanted some supplements). Simply walked into the back room and sat on the computer basically dismissing us as not important enough to even acknowledge. Unfortunately, I also had some supplements I wanted to purchase but figured he wasn't too interested in our business since he was on the computer.Fortunately, I found what I needed on Amazon and from the few moments I was in the store, I'm pretty sure they're much cheaper. I rarely leave bad reviews for any store but this was an employee who blatantly didn't want to help us. I definitely don't fit the stereotype of person who would shop at GNC but still think that my money is as good as anyone else's.Do yourselves a favor and just order from Amazon. They have customer service reps who will actually answer questions and don't seem to care if you're overweight or wearing sweatpants on a Saturday morning and have pressing matters to attend to on the computer in the back room.

Arrived here at 7 pm and the store was closed even though they are supposed to be open until 9 pm. I will shop online next time.

Thomas is the man! Very intelligent about any and all products, and made my visit one of a kind. I definitely recommend calling in to see if he's there, and if so get yourself some products under his name.
