Sam and his team are great. I was on a time crunch, and they helped me pick out great shoes at record speed. I live in Nikes, because of neck and and other pain. This is the place to get them. I'll be back again and again. And I plan on calling ahead next time to see if Sam is working that day, bc that was amazing customer service. ?

The stock levels vary but it's an Outlet Mall... You can find some really good deals especially if you are an off size or have different tastes. Staff is also always exactly good enough, in a good way :)

Beware! This is a clearance store. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!I wish there were signs stating the policy or at least the checkout person verbally stating the policy.

Hate that there's no returns. I went in for womens crew socks, and they didn't even have any of those, which I thought was weird. I don't go often, but when u do, they usually don't have what we're looking for, so we don't purchase anything.
