Pernats is a business for venison processing and making fantastic beef sticks. Many friends recommend it. Customers are absolutely impressed with the product, calling the beef sticks the best and S tier, especially the hot and sweet sticks, cheesy sweet and hot flavor, and jalapeno cheese sausage. The staff is friendly and very nice to deal with. Prices are extremely reasonable, far cheaper than businesses closer to some customers, cutting processing costs almost in half. They process venison in a reasonable time with very nice packaging. They also have nice cuts of beef and pork available for purchase. People drive a decent distance or even an hour each way to get their products, and they now ship so customers don't have to wait. Customers will be using this business going forward.

I've had my venison hot and sweet sticks and jalapeno cheese sausage done here for 6 7. Yrs now absolutely impressed with all of them very nice to deal with and the product is fantastic thank you all
