“I recently moved back to a house I've owned since 2004. (Long story) Most people on my block have mailboxes at the street and ours was at the bottom of our front porch steps. I was planning on moving it but got a letter that said I needed to move it by a certain date. The move got delayed because the post I ordered didn't come timely. My mail was held for a day and I had gotten an email that a very important piece of mail was going to be delivered (informed delivery is great).
It thought it hadn't come because my mail was still being held. Crystal went out of her way to look for it and even ran to my house to see if it was there.
It was in my mailbox but the mail came late yesterday after I looked at 5:15pm, so I didn't know it was there.
As someone who has been a rural carrier before, I know how busy this time of year is and for her to go out of her way like that was over and above!
Please respect our mail carriers and staff. It's an incredibly stressful job and they try their best.
I cannot say how much I appreciate the work they do. Unless you have done the job it's hard to know what a big deal this was or what they go through. Please be kind!”
“Super friendly with shipping help, even did a check on a tracking number for me to help with more in depth info. I'm sure that's not always possible but they were really nice.”
“I called this local post office after my post office accidentally redirected the package here.
I was worried after reading the reviews, but the gentleman on the phone looked for my package in person. After it was not located, he used my tracking number to explain that it was already processed to go to Madison for sorting.
Overall the customer service was helpful in my experience, and it was not their fault my package was sent there.”
“Holly and Eve are great. Always smiling and willing to chat with you. Super helpful. Always have supplies if you need them, USPS products, cards for purchase and other mailers available for purchase too. Have always answered any questions I have about mailing/pricing.”
