Had 2 of our HS Slap hitters take a 1 hour season starter refresher and the girls couldn't stop talking about how excited they were to incorporate the tips and takeaways from just that one lesson.

My kids thoroughly enjoyed their small group training at 360U. They learned a lot, looked forward to going every week, and I especially love that they incorporate mindset coaching into their sessions.
