“Guy's shop was recommended to me by a coworker when I first moved to Appleton and for that, I am very grateful! I had a 2011 Subaru Forester that I brought to Honest Guys a few times over this past year. Once for my A/C not working (needed a new compressor), once for a 125k maintenance (oil change, brake fluid, spark plugs, etc.), and once for a diagnosis on an intermittent check engine light that ended up being a bad gas cap.
Each time I left a voicemail to schedule service, Guy called me back same day or by the next business day and was able to get me on the schedule within 2 weeks. He actually squeezed me into the schedule within a matter of days for the diagnostic issue because I was about to drive out of state and needed to make sure my vehicle was safe. Given the fact that the shop consists only of Guy and 2 other mechanics, I feel that they are very responsive and have an incredibly reasonable schedule.
I really appreciated the fact that Guy took the time to listen to my concerns on the phone when scheduling and he did a great job of communicating when the vehicle was ready, checking in with me ahead of time if there were any additional issues found during the service, and explaining the work that was completed when I picked up my vehicle. I was never surprised by a bill and my vehicle was running smooth after every service. What more can you ask for?
The reality is that good auto shops are going to have a full schedule. If you have a catastrophic issue, then I'm sure Guy will make a genuine effort to get you in asap. If your issue is a non-emergency, then I guarantee that this place is absolutely worth waiting a few more days than another shop. I know I won't be bringing my vehicles anywhere else!”

We take everything in from oil changes to new tires. Their also "real mechanics" not just parts replacement robots. They care and that's why my family will always feel like family at CarTech!

“Ruffing is a great place for both maintenance and repairs. They're transparent, personable, and go above and beyond. Not only do they handle the oil change and tire rotation, they also do a multi-point inspection, top off fluids, check your tires, and test your battery.
Last time, they even cleaned my windshield, threw out some trash from the front seat, found my missing driving gloves, and gave me free snacks. I also got a loaner van, so I didn't have to wait around or coordinate a ride.
Ruffing should honestly be 6 stars.”
“I love Gordy Automotive! Every time I’ve had an issue with my vehicle that I couldn’t figure out, Gordy’s has been able to help me. Today I was dealing with an engine noise that I couldn’t recognize, and Gordy took it upon himself to come out and try to hear the noise. Unfortunately it had stopped making the noise at that point, but he was super patient and understanding. They do great work for a reasonable price.”

“I had a flat tire and was about 30 mins away from home. I called ATF Tires & Service, they were at my location in about 7 mins, pumped up my tire, had me drive back to the shop, patched my tire, all in about 30 mins! Such a good job and great service for a good price! So thankful for their help!”
