If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never been treated like such a dumb woman in my life. Not only did they treat me horribly but they didn't fix the main problem I went there for. They clearly didn't want to help me. I will never return to this location, possibly every Bergstrom.

Every oil change I have had serviced by Bergstrom has been done in a neat and timely manner, and all questions have been answered about upkeep for the future. At a recent visit, Mike Vander Loop (Service Writer) showed an unmatched willingness to educate me about the current tire sale, and I appreciated his knowledge. I will be back!

Place the joke We bought our 2020 Jeep Compass through them and not even a month after we had it that it's we had to take in because it was out of alignment when they sold us it And before we even got home with it the day we bought it. One of the tire censors came on and then when we take it in to get serviced, they keep it for 3 weeks. And won't return no phone calls. When we try to call and see the progress on it. And then we get it back, and then they tell us that there's a transmission line leaking Now the Headlights don't work horn don't work and come to find out. It was also in an accident that and they never told us that when we bought it so I wouldn't recommend it at all. Definitely not trustworthy

Truck had a recall on the straps holding the gas tank in place. Called and made an appointment, was scheduled about a month out. We informed them that we had an ignition interlock (WE WERE VERY CLEAR ABOUT IT) and they insisted that it was fine. When it came time for the appointment, drove all the way there and all they did was look at it and say, "yup, it needs to be replaced so let's make an appointment for that." WHAT?! Ya, we knew that.. its a damn recall!! Next appointment was about 2 more weeks later. Again, we made sure they were aware that we still had the interlock and were told again that it was no problem at all. Drive all the way there again and after about 20 min of working on it, they called to say THE MECHANIC DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE DEVICE??!! This is an EXTREMELY SERIOUS RECALL and could turn out VERY DANGEROUS if not fixed. Twice we drove from Green Bay to Kaukauna for nothing. We have decided to fix it ourselves. This place is trash. Don't waste your time with their crap.

I took my vehicle in to have my struts inspected, camber, and a noise when turning. I dropped it off at 7am. on Thursday and never received a call that day. I called multiple times over the next week, leaving messages with no callbacks. I called Friday night and left a message with the general manager inquiring about my car. Mind you, this was the second call to him over the period of a week. Apparently, they were trying to text all results found along with the quote for the go-ahead to repair. I stated I never received them, and they said maybe you were out of the area. In Green Bay, OK, but what about the messages I left and no callback. No response. Finally, I picked the car up almost 2 weeks later and noticed the miles in and out were the same. Didn't think much about it at the time until I got to Green Bay and here a noise when turning. Called the general manager (only person) who would call back and left a message. Service manager called back very quickly and said to bring it back, and they would look at it ASAP. WAITED 1/2 hour when I got there when the so called Service manager asked me to take it for a test drive with him. I drove 20 feet and turned right in their parking lot and clear as day. He then states, they were listening for a clunking noise. WHAT! 1ST THING ON THE SERVICE STATEMENT WAS NOISE WHEN TURNING!. I then asked told him about mileage in out matching. He said we took it around the parking lot. How do you diagnose struts with a short drive and still not hear the turning noise. Just more excuses when asked. He never once apologized or offered any gas money for my trip back. Too bad because I did like this place.

Well, well, well. It appears that the service manager is going to get another 1 star review. Everything was fine until i got back in my truck when leaving and as I was pulling out of the lot i noticed the top of the steering wheel had some damage. Note that i had my drivers side visor looked at as it was broke. I had an appointment in GB, but made a 180 around the roundabout and came back to the service department to show them. That's when things went sideways. The guy that I assume is the service manager came out and immediately told me that the damage is old and he can tell. I assured him that I drive this vehicle every day and I would know if there was any damage to the steering wheel. He continues to state the damage is old and "he's not calling me a liar", which at that point he is calling me a liar. Instead of looking for possible remedies to the situation, he just continued to say it was old and no one did anything to cause that damage. Well, I own a small business and I can assure you that when employees damage things oddly enough no one did it and no one knows where it came from. I wonder if the service tech used something to leverage on the steering wheel to hold up the visor? That might be a realistic reason for the damage. I can assure you that I will never do business at this location again. I just bought my truck there and that's too bad for Matt the salesman, because he was great.

We worked with Brandon Koch when we needed a new car. Brandon sent us many different vehicles that fit what we were looking for. When we decided to test drive a few he immediately got that going for us. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. When we decided to buy, Brandon guided us through the process and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommended Bergstrom Auto and Brandon Koch.

Bergstrom Kaukauna has stellar customer service!! Recently, on a family trip to Kentucky our jeep Wagoneer stalled in Indiana. While the local dealer in Indiana was not helpful in getting our family back to Wisconsin a phone call to Bergstrom Kaukauna and the assistant service manager. Dan along with Wagoneer Guest service, they helped our family get a rental vehicle back to Wisconsin, made sure our vehicle was properly repaired and assisted in having our vehicle was shipped back to Wisconsin for us. Bergstrom also allowed us to use a loaner until our Wagoneer was returned. This was a very stressful situation and Bergstrom took the worry away. Bergstrom Kaukauna will continue to have a customer for life.

I had a great experience with the service department when I took my Jeep to the Kaukauna location for a tire rotation and oil change. The service was timely, and Daniel, the service manager, was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my warranty. Added bonus … the lounge area has refreshments while you wait! I left with a smile!

I've been taking my 2010 Jeep Liberty to this dealership for about 4 years for service. Very professional and personable. The customer service far exceeds my expectations and are next to none. Thumbs up for this dealership.
