Absolutely ridiculous. How hard is it to pick up a phone. You walk into the building and there's not a worker in sight. Far be it for me to need assistance finding literally anything in this mess of a store. Awful experience.

This store was literally my happy place for years! Now when I go, I can't return stuff I was told when I bought that I could, no employees ever make an appearance-youd think the self checkouts and security cams are the employees.
It's real watered down! Wow! They used to have such kind good people at this place. What happened?

I absolutely loved when they updated the store and added more items and also put in two self checkouts. The reason I loved the self check out is not only because I can check out by myself but it’s because no one is ever at the register ever. I have waited probably a good 15 minutes with five other people behind me while I’m pushing the call button for help. I was actually able to go and make a quick trip with self checkout and now my Quick trip ends up being a half hour or longer because of your store. The staff does not care about their customers and they barely even talk to you. I rarely go to this store anymore because of how bad it is, I go to another Dollar General almost all the time.

This place has the worst employees I've ever had to deal with. They have no customer skills and are complaining about customers and people who shop there, they don't know the current sales, and when you show them the sale tag they say oh well and rip it off. Place is dirty and the employees are doped up or something.

I was racially profiled and this evening after confronting the same employee for his behavior a lady came around the corner asaying she was from "terror street" and that she would stab me.. this Kaukauna city is a joke and so is the store

Well I was engaged with an employee named Tiffany from the kaukauna store. She was the rudest person I ever talked too. She hung up on me twice I kept calling back and only got her. All I wanted was to know if the Pepsi cube was on sale still. But she kept hanging up on me. I just don't get it. Usually I get a very tone and finally when I get an answer I get hung up on. Very disresptful so mad ty c for your time

Good .honest friendly people .gave me an umbrella for free so my kids wouldn't get wet in a thunderstorm. We walked there.above and beyond.
