Came in unannounced because my right front tire was low. As always they fixed my tire and sold me a new battery for my truck. Great customer service. I would never change dealerships.

Other than having to wait for fifteen days to get an appointment, the service was good. Sam in service did keep me informed of the progress on my truck. Two parking sensors failed because the paint bubbled on them. Of course it was not under warranty which also bites.

I had the misfortune of hitting a deer with my GMC Sierra. Caleb at Gustmans made the repair process go smoothly and effortlessly, working directly with my insurance company to insure it was repaired properly. Paul performed excellent work on making sure the repair was as good or better than new. This is yet another example why Gustmans is my dealer of choice.

Couldn’t be happier with our new used car. Pat and the entire Gustman team gave us a good deal on our new used car. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them and probably won’t be the last.

Pat was one of the best salesmen we have experienced since beginning our vehicle search back in June 2023. He answered all of our questions, went in depth of vehicle features and we left knowing we got a good deal and an excellent vehicle! Everything was painless from the test drive, paperwork and driving off the lot. I would definitely return when we need to get a second vehicle!

This was possibly the best overall experience we’ve had purchasing a vehicle! The salesman, Matt Rollman, was absolutely exceptional in seeing to all of our needs and concerns during the purchasing process. The follow-through has been fantastic and we are looking forward to working with capital Gustman Again in the future for our next vehicle purchase. We brought in our Chevy Bolt in because it was tripping breakers and started smoking. Service said they tested it with their own chargers and then also tested ours and nothing was wrong. We brought it home trusting that it was fine and then it continued the issue. I called the manager and the only thing he had to say was that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it must be our garage. Our garage has been tested and properly wired and nothing else trips our breaker. Manager would not help us further and would only say it was on our end and that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. We brought it to Van Horn where we bought it from and they immediately found the same issue.

The best part of going to Gustman's......IT'S NOT BERGSTROM. Because Bergstrom is the worst. Floyd in the Body Shop is a consummate professional. I found him to be a personable manager with an understanding of Customer Service.They did a great job.

I called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment for and oil change and tire rotation. I asked how much it would cost, i explained that it was a 3.0 duramax diesel and the gentleman on the phone said between $74-77 depending 6 or 8 quarts of oil (I needed 7) and was told it would be in between that then with the tire rotation. Ok. Dropped the truck off yesterday and confirmed that price, the guy said someone told me wrong but they would see what they could do. Well that was just to get me out of the sevice dept because when I went to pick it up 2 hrs later it was $115. I would not have gone out of my way and waited 2 weeks if there was no price savings from bringing it to Bergstrom where you don’t need an appointment and they wash it. Don’t think I will ever be back!

Came in for an airbag recall. Overall, happy because it's done and no issues so far. On the phone I was told 30-45 minutes tops, but it took over an hour. The waiting room could use some additional amenities, a couple of sodas and snacks would be nice. Two books on a table in an empty room was pretty sad for a kids room, it wouldn't take much to make it a nice space. I liked the paging system to notify you when your vehicle is ready

The convenience of being able to drop off my vehicle and being shuttled to work and my SUV being dropped off at work once the work is complete is an awesome service to offer. The only complaint about my experience is that the Survey went to my husband's email address. Because our vehicles are listed on the same account at Gustman's we have also have had the issue that the primary contact phone number is my husbands number even though I am the one that usually takes both vehicles in for servicing.
