Will NOT be returning here. Was 12 mins late to my new patient appointment. Had trouble finding the building. Since I was a few minutes late they cancelled my appointment and wanted me to reschedule when I had already made arrangements to leave work today to get this resolved. Poor patient service. I work in the medical field as well and at my job we will try to do what we can to accommodate the patient. Worst experience ever, now I’ve taken off work for nothing and will still have to find a new PCP.

Dr. Awe is just bad and seems to enjoy worsening my anxiety. I had several CAT scans and X rays and still am deeply anxious about the effects from the tests. Instead of calming me down she smiled and told me that I had been exposed to a LOt of radiation. Thanks a lot. She also completely forgot about my asthma evaluation and made it about my abdomen. I need that asthma evaluation to get refills on my inhaler. Now I wonder if I'll have to make another appointment to get the refill.Jenny Baumgert, on the other hand, is the best. She is more knowledgeable and caring than some doctors I've met. When your health is in her hands that's a good place.

Like this clinic. Been with them for over 20 years. My Dr retired a year ago. Had him for 20 years. Worked with the facility next to clinic. So already knew who he was. Watched how he was with his patients. That's how I made my decision.Great care from him and his nursing staff. So the last year I had to find a new Dr. That was hard to do. Always welcoming and respectful. The receptionist are also great. Always curtious and dignified. Reassuring that they'll be right with you. Just met my new Dr for the first time. My Dr was so smart he put all my medical history on a disk for me. I like the fact that they listen to the patient. Don't pass judgment. Not degrading or rude. Had many that were. Just because books tell them what to do. Doesn't mean it's right. Never passed judgment on me. Just listened. Staff has always been good. Polite, helpful, and let you know what's next. Open the doors for you and ask if you need assistance out. Hours are also very negotiable. Has 2 floors so they split the days up between the 2. Clean, and also have coffee if you want it. K cups just 4 hr old coffee. Also text and call the day before appointment for a reminder. Very family oriented. Most the staff has been there a long time. I've enjoyed my last Dr. Hope I enjoy my new one just as much.

I have gone to this clinic for years but lately i feel the care provided has seriously declined. not only me but many other family members have been disappointed with the level of care we have received. overall our needs have not been met and it’s just been a big let down. the staff is friendly but they don’t listen or provide adequate care. hopefully i will be switching clinics soon.

Everybody is very friendly! The Doctors care about the patients. Nursing staff are always there to answer questions. My last few visits they took great care.

Visit last week - everyone from reception, nursing to Dr Schoening were exceptional. My entire family comes here for their healthcare- I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The care and how they treat their patients is top notch!!

Very disappointed with service! Went in for annual physical and was asked if I wanted my prescription refilled. I been on same medication for 10 years and said yes. That's why I have yearly physical so I can get renewed. Little did I know that I get billed an office visit for renewing.

I can't say enough great things about Kaukauna Clinic. All the people there make me feel like family. From the doctors, nurses, receptionists, lab and x-ray techs, they are all amazing. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else for my care. Thank you all!! 5 stars for sure!!!

Beware of this place. Dr Russo and his nurse truly do not care about you. I had two appointments scheduled. First one I canceled due to illness. Second one was today. I checked in at 1pm insurance cards taken. Filled out paperwork, waited a half hour to be told, “Dr Russo isn’t going to see you because of what’s in your records.” As stated by his lying nurse. I said, I know what’s in my records so exactly what is he referring to? Refused to tell me and I wanted an answer. Any human being would be upset waiting for an appointment, being told lies. Then she had the nerve to say “it’s because of how you are” What, for being human, having feelings expecting to get what I came here for , a scheduled doctors appointment?! I told her quit gaslighting and manipulating she and Dr Russo Threatened to call the cops on me and they did. Just for the wanting the truth why I was being refused care. They Lied to the cops saying he can’t provide me the care I need. Can’t tell them because of Hippa. Actually they couldn’t tell me why either!! I recorded the entire thing. Very horrible to put officers into a lying situation. Stay away from this Clinic if you value your life. Absolute liars they will not care about you! Absolutely horrible people!!!

Very slow and never get back to us with results. We have to call and get the results of any testing done. Misdiagnosed my husband and had him on a medication for almost a year for something he didn't have.

A year ago, I went in to change a medication with my mom. The doctor totally disregarded my thoughts and only listened to my mom even though the appt wasn’t for her. This clinic is so overpriced and outdated. I’ll gladly take my health somewhere else.

We went to Kaukauna Clinic for years. Never again! The place is so run-down and gross. The doctors don't care about you at all. They misdiagnosed my son and treated me like I was a stupid. Dr. Schoening ridiculed my young children during their well child exam for (occasionally) drinking orange juice. I had an infection in my face (very swollen with a fever), so I went in to the walk-in clinic that evening. Dr. Johnson told me it was "above his pay grade" to figure out the kind of antibiotic I needed for a "dental issue". Amoxicillin...it was amoxicillin. And it turned out to be a pretty serious infection in my jaw. Dr. Russo doesn't even attempt to listen, I had to repeat myself several times, and he still dismissed my concerns. They just make you feel small and unheard. I have more stories, but you get the picture. Honestly, I gave them a lot of chances, because everyone has bad days. But each visit is worse than the last. There are so many better options out there.

My daughter was just seen there and lectured about taking anti depressants. Apparently the over paid quack needs more training or needs to deal with her self identity issues before offering up her opinion!
