Applied there a few weeks ago told me there where going to call me in a day never heard from them again called them a couple times to get any updates no answer even the recruiter blocked my number cause it goes straight to voice mail very unprofessional company

Just posting a potential warning. Applied few weeks still have not heard back and called a couple times was told they would get back with me. If recruiting absolutely fails hiring and communicating I can only assume it's even worse throughout this company

I have been with Midwest for 7 months now and I will tell u they treat u like family from the office people even the shop guys are nice and the drivers that I have met so far are all very nice

I've got over 7 years of experience, and thankful I've found a home at Midwest! I feel like I hit the jackpot and that they will be my forever company. They are a decent sized company with still maintaining the family felt aspect. They will work with you as long as you are flexible with them in return, and the best part is they pay by the odometer, not zip code to zip code like a lot of other companies. They also will keep you moving as much as you like, I normally deliver early (by choice) and they are quick to keep me rolling, but it's not forced. They offer free chiropractic care and also have a good 401k program. I would definitely recommend to anyone out here on the road that is looking at being a family member, not a number.

It’s been one year at Midwest Carriers. Best move I ever made. I have the exact hours I wanted and I work the night shift. (Which I am meant for). Every one in the office is very helpful and management is top level. Known Dave VanHandel for over 40 years, great man and so is his son Eric.

Midwest is a great company to work for!I have been employed at Midwest for 2years the end of February!They treat you like a human and not just a number.Midwest keeps the wheels rolling and freight moving!Everyone is very helpful and friendly if they do not know the answer to a question they will find it for you!They try to work with everyone’s home/life balanceIf you are willing to put in the time to get to know the different locations and our customers it can be very rewarding and exciting building a good company report!

I have been driving for 28 years for different companies and I have finally found a great company. They treat you like family and the equipment is the best in the industry. The pay package and benefits are the best I have seen.
