The workers were very polite and courteous. Got to work right away when they got here. I asked them later how things were going and they showed me what they did already. Later Jerry ( the owner ) showed up and he also went to work right along with the guys. How many owners of a business does that? That did a great job and cleaned up everything. Great job

Everything from start to finish was phenomenal. Jerry was not pushy to try to get the sale, he offered great recommendations including cost saving ones, and he had great communication all along the way. During install, the crew cared for our home like it was their own. I felt truly taken care of throughout the whole process. The windows are stunning, there's already a noticeable difference in temperature and noise, and there are no more drafts!Now, this next part is important. I was the one driving this window project. Due to our personalities, my husband had very little involvement. I'd met with A LOT of window companies when we were deciding which direction to go, and I can't even tell you how often I felt patronized by those other companies. I don't know everything about windows, but Packerland NEVER treated me like that. I was nothing but respected by every single person I came in contact with from Jerry, the owner, to Joey in the office, to the entire install team. Excellent job done by the entire team at Packerland. From our in home consultation to final touches on install and everything in-between. This was our first experience with window installation and I would hands down recommend them to anyone. If we ever need windows in the future I will be contacting them again. These guys are professional, very hard working, and they all know what they are doing. Even the owner, *****, spent most of the day working along with the other three employees, all of them great guys and focused on the job at hand. The Wood used for our windows matched our woodwork perfectly. The crew were very professional and were like a very will oiled machine knowing exactly what to be done and when. They were efficient and very neat cleaning after each window installation.Service: Window installation
