I have been to this location twice to mail a letter with a one year period and each time have left without being sold any postage. The employees at the counter seem to take a great deal of pride in being hostile and rude and take a special pleasure in being extra extra unhelpful!

The lady working there named Monica should be fired! She is very rude and honestly isn’t that good at her job. She insulted 3 people before me and I just left and went to UPS. This will not stand and I can see that this isn’t the first complaint!!

We have called and complained SEVERAL times about packages being left in the driveway by big door instead of walking 8 more steps around the corner to place on covered porch. But still keep find soak and wet boxes in the rain in the driveway. They need to tell their lazy drivers to have more respect. People don’t pay for products to be wet and damaged by USPS DELIVERY!

Customer service is horrible, in particular from Monica. I've been in there multiple times and she has been VERY rude to myself and to everyone I see that she encounters. I get that you deal with a lot of people who have no clue what they need in particular walking in sometimes but Monica in particular talks down and treats people like they are idiots. I would rather someone with kindness working the desk. I had called in (the Kaukauna area number, not the 800 number) as I had a time sensitive package that I believe to be there. On the phone she rudely told me that if it they had it, it would have been delivered. I go into the post office and she again rudely said that it would have been delivered if they had it. Matching her rudeness I asked if she would have minded checking in the back which low and behold it was there. Monica needs to be put in the back sorting or sent out delivering...she's not made for customer service.

Tried to return mail for a person that no longer resides at my address and received the same mail again. The employee completely ignored us when we came in so not surprised we received again. Returned again to a different employee and received the same rude/ignoring behavior.

Kaukauna Post Office is one of the Best around. Good workers with positive attitudes. Never feel rushed by them. Always give good advice about mail services. Bought stamps because they're going up. Next increase in postage will be July 5th, 2024.

Over half of my invitations got lost even though I directly handed them to the postman at the office, I am constantly getting my neighbors mail, and I have a sign in my mailbox to only deliver mail with my husbands name or my name on it, and I'm still receiving mail for the previous owners.

I have never in my life had such a hard time doing a change of address for me and my children. The practices here are horrible. It's definitely disappointing as a new KAUKAUNA RESIDENT that I will be forced to utilize other city's post offices to handle my business. I would rather drive a town or 2 over to ship my items or for anything post office related. I filled out a change of address form in person, and provided my ID, as well as my child's birth certificate and just received a letter, 2 weeks later asking me to re-submit it with forms of identification.??

I usally never write a bad review but unfortunately they did not scan a parcel I brought in worth 200$. I brought in alot of parcels and this one never got scanned.

This post office can leave a non-official, non-dated, non-signed letter in your established mail route requesting you to move your mail box across the street without notifying that resident this will be happening in their yard. Then just stop delivering your mail. I then went to the main post office twice in 3 days to pick up my mail and was told nothing was there. I then called and they found my mail and said the post master would phone me back. Never received a call. Disappointed ?

City told us to take down mailbox for street construction in new home. Did a mail hold on requested date. Wife went to pick up mail and postmaster shouted at hold lasting more than a week? Literally made her cry for following city instructions.

Rude service today. I stopped in to the office to pick up my mail that's on hold and the worker that assisted was rude. It's my business why my mail is on hold. Maybe learn some customer service skills. Totally inappropriate.
