Do not go here. 1 person working at all times and 3 people waiting. Took 2.5 hours to get a new phone setup. The guy is doing his best but is waaaay understaffed.

Our experience was excellent. Nate was so patient and helpful as we picked out two new phones for my parents. He showed us the options and explained things to help my parents understand the devices, and got everything transferred to the new phones. He also took a few minutes to put a new liquid screen saver on my phone. The rough part was how he had to deal with multiple people who came in and said they had set up an appointment. Apparently, this door doesn't accept appointments, but the Verizon website sets them anyway. He handled it amazingly well, professionally and factually, but it was a little stressful for us.

Did an online order pickup, picked it up, which was an easy process… then I was asked if I wanted a protector for my Iwatch, I said no, he proceeded to take off his watch to show me how I can damage mine.. I said I’ll pass.. because I can literally buy it else where if I was worried about damaging my watch then he said “well did you buy insurance for it?” I said no…AGAIN because I don’t think I need it. Then he proceeded to say something along the lines of “well good luck”, being kinda sarcastic and in a snotty tone. If I said no one time, I’d think he’d understand I wouldn’t be interested in protection. I just thought it was rude because it’s not like I can’t go buy protection else where and that IT HAD TO ONLY be bought at the store. Totally ruined my mood with his attitude and tone. I also received an Iwatch that was taped on the sides… which I highly doubt Apple tapes it like that because I’ve grown with Apple and they never had scotch tape as the tape. It also had dust inside the packaging and the Iwatch had some scratches on it. I was about to go back but I honestly didn’t want to deal with going back. It seem like it was opened and put back. Def learned my lesson to buy online instead of picking up in store.

Made an appointment. Sat there for an hour past the appointment before I received service. Creepy looking dude was zero help. The other guy took care of us while he was helping 4 other people. Online orders way easier. And less creepy

don’t even waste your time here. Laziness in their employee really showed. Rude, unpleasant. Make you feel STUPID.

I would drive way out of my way to go to this store. They have the nicest, smartest associates. They don’t make me feel technologically dumb either. ? I would very highly recommend them to anyone. We have gone there for all our phone updates and have never had a bad experience. They are busy but always still very helpful and they let you know if there’s a lengthy wait. They are great with answering questions and helping with any issue.

Jordan and Josh are amazing!!!! Whatever they get paid, it’s not enough! They helped us with everything we needed and were fabulous!!!!!! Best Verizon store to go to ever for whatever your needs are!!!!!

Jordan was absolutely amazing and very efficient. He was juggling 4 customers at once because he was working alone & he had a smile the whole time. He didn’t rush anyone & we all had a good time while we waited.

Went to Verizon on calumet first because that is where we have always gone. Very rude greeting at door and did not seem to want to help. Called a different day to set up appointment and was very rude(wife hung up on them). Walked into Victra and had great experience. Jordan and Josh worked together with us and another couple to make it as joyable as possible. Worked through all our issues and questions.
