For the second time in less than a year the Kaukauna Walgreens pharmacy gave me a 90-day supply of pills with a third to half of the pills it was supposed to contain. If they can’t accurately count, what else are they not paying attention to? In addition, just two weeks ago they gave me a short fill (quantity on bottle matched what was in there, not what was prescribed) on a different prescription and never told me about it. I noticed when I got home that I only had three days worth of pills. When I called they said that’s what the Dr gave them. Being that my follow up visit was over a week away, this seemed highly unlikely. I called the Dr and they never received a request to fill from the pharmacy. These mistakes all resulted in repeat trips back to the pharmacy, wasting their time and mine. Even when they get it right, the prescriptions are rarely ready when they say they will be, even when called in a day or two before hand. Again, this results in more trips and more wasted time for the staff as well as myself. The staff in general has been nice, but they don’t really apologize for the problems they are causing, which is frustrating. Walgreens needs to increase quality control and/or hire more staff so that these issues don’t keep occurring!

Slowest drive thru there is. Pick a different pharmacy than this one.

Just spoke to a pharmacist there. Feosol, an over-the-counter iron supplement, does not have a dosage on the front of the box. Very misleading packaging. The pharmacist told my husband yesterday I should take five times the dosage I was prescribed to take. I want the product removed from the shelf, but was told to contact the manufacturer. Walgreens is aware of the problem and won't pull it off the shelf. This type of overdose is HUGE!
