If you need prescriptions, especially for ADD or ADHD, go somewhere else. This pharmacy won't notify you if it is out, delayed, not been filled etc. I say this not based on single events. It just happens every time over the past several years. They just simply don't care and don't even pretend like they do. It is quite sad.

If you get a controlled substance make sure you count your pills. They shorted me on Adderall. I've had multiple bad experiences on separate occasions with this particular Walgreens. The drive thru tends to take much longer than anywhere else and the people working are extremely rude. I do not recommend using this location unless you have to.

Why does Walgreens call to let me know my prescriptions are ready? I waited for 20 minutes to find out there are no prescriptions ready for me? Hello Smith Pharmacy!

I have been using Walgreens to supply my prescriptions for several years. The couple of months I have been very disappointed in the pharmacy's service. Prescription refills have been delayed, entered into the system days after a request from me to refill them and put of stock. I rarely use the drive thru service and now I remember why.One afternoon I waited in the drive thru with only three vehicles in front of me for over 20 minutes. One drive up a few days later, there were no cars in front of me. I could see 4 workers in the fullment area, I waited for 5 minutes, no one came to help, so I drove away. I will be moving to a different pharmll in the near future.

Really bad series of experiences with the pharmacy. I go in to fill 60 pills of my medication on Weds. They give me a bottle with 10 pills and say nothing. i have to wait in line again to be told that theyre out of my medication and it will be in on friday and auto refill. I come back on monday to pick up prescription and am told it did not auto refill and am told I will have to come back and wait in line a second time in a row while they fill this. I am about to wait in line for the 4th time to pick up one prescription. I have now sunk multiple hours into trying to fill my medication because of poor communication and service

I have never had a good experience with an employee or manager at this store they are all extremely rude and unwelcoming I will bring my money elsewhere

Received a voicemail that I had to pick up my prescription by the Dec.16. Went in today and they told me I should have picked up by the 15. Even asked if they wanted to listen to the voicemail, she said that wasn't necessary. Moving my business to Smith pharmacy.

Hubby went to get prescription and didn’t let him know it wasn’t covered by insurance. Then took three days to tell him they don’t take our insurance. And that the other prescription were not covered either. Why don’t they communicate that when you pick up a prescription.

I like going here for convenience. There are prices I do need to question but at the same time they've got a good variety of products. The pharmacy has always been good to me. They've gone above and beyond to help me out when there was a difficult order when the insurance company was trying to throw me under the bus.My only complaint is the abhorrent music. Can they please change the station lol. Other than thar. No issues.

I am waiting on two prescriptions I had shipped due to my household having covid. A week later on one and it still says label printed by FedEx. The same for the other just not as long. Guess they do not care about those who have their meds shipped.

Great staff, but the way customers talk to some of the cashier's is embarrassing.. I can't believe management allows their employees to get harassed and treated so bad by some customers. Grown adults insulting kids because their coupons didn't ring up right at the register. as if it was the cashier who set the prices

Worst pharmacy ever. Never opened or they have an excuse why they can’t fill a prescription. People work and weekends are the only time some can come in to get their medications. People need to go to CVS or Walmart. They have better service.

Went to have my prescription filled because my insurance forced me to go here, new customer, walked up to the counter and they basically said we are going to lunch and shut the gate on me. I get you need lunch, however hire some more staff!! You are a pharmacy open during business hours….pretty poor customer service… I wish I could go back to CVS
