“My BMW had a problem with the cooling system on the way back from Chicago returning to Delafield. The car was overheating so I tried filling the radiator with water to get home but water was pouring out underneath. Impossible to get towed on Saturday night so got a ride back to Delafield and returned Sunday after arranging for someone to tow me. Took a chance, after looking on the internet on International, and am I am really glad I did. Left the car on Sunday and contacted and dealt with Merrick, I believe the service manager, on Monday. After explaining what had happened, he did a preliminary inspection and called back explaining what the had found and needed permission to remove the front manifold to get at the problem. He called me later that day to explain that they had found the problem and that the part was on backorder so the job couldn't be completed until Wednesday. He called on Wednesday as promised to explain everything they had done, that they had been testing the vehicle and it would be ready that afternoon.
Merrick did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the whole repair. He kept me informed thru every step of the process and well as give me accurate estimates of the work they were doing and what the cost would be. He gladly answered every question I had and put me at ease about the repair. His prices were the same as the local BMW repair shop I use in Delafield and way below what the closest dealer in Milwaukee would have charged. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole operation. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of an emergency repair. Even tho I have never used them for routine service, they are good enough that I would consider driving all the way there to have my cars serviced.

“This place is absolutely amazing! I brought in my dad‘s truck (Which was absolutely filthy because he works outside and basically the entire interior was coated in mud and dust …… It even had a dirty smell to it). I just went and picked it up and opened the truck door to look at what kind of job they did and it literally looks like it’s a brand new vehicle. I honestly cannot even believe it. The owner, Kelvin (I may have spelled that wrong) was the friendliest down to earth person ever & his staff was all amazing. Five stars all the way… If I could double it to 10, I would!”
