“A very nice bank to have accounts with. Friendly individuals, coffee when you walk in, they do personalized deposit slips which is very convenient and they have good rates. Have a savings account with them. They are one of the few banks that offer a coin machine. More banks need to be like Johnson Bank already is. Great job.”

US bank made the decision years ago to help me with a Small Business Association Loan when other banks chose not to. “At the 80th St. location, most of the tellers are great. Chase took care of scam charge for me. But trying to get help for investing was an uncomfortable experience.”
“Very friendly staff and helpful. The only thing is at 90% of other banks when you need a new debit card they issue them right there but with Southern Lakes you have to wait 7-10 days. On the bright side they have caught freud on my card numberous times. Saved me tons of money thank you.”
