First of all the employees didn't show no customer service. I have to ask for help about the sales. I get up to the register the lady The employee that ring me up I gave her $100 bill she check it through a machine and then she look at it then she call her supervisor to verify it. and it was a real $100 bill that I got from the bank I know people have to look at $100 bill but they don't have verify it like that you scanned it and you looked at it and you see it was real you took it too far. So the employee gave me back a $50 bill I asked her to break it she said she's not able to open the register back up that is a lie. supervisor was standing right there next to the employee and she said I cannot open the register back up once it's closed I can't get it back open that is a lie she had the keys or a code number to open the register back up she doesn't want to open for me treat me like a stunful dog. I used to work in retail I know the rules you can open up the register back up I used to call for a supervisor so I knew she was lying. I just felt so uncomfortable at this location never going back there again. I want to warned everyone not to shop there I know I'm not going to shop there no more never again.Bad customer service.

It's a very nice store with loads of different scents. The staff is very friendly and can assist you if needed. Maybe a bigger space expansion is needed It seems kinda small but it's still a very calming place.

Nice people,and Olivia helped us out alot,BUT the corporate figure heads need to be more communicative on their inside sale signs,and have bigger print on items included or not included on items. It is very frustrating,and we almost left without buying anything. Also need to make the upc/price Tag easier to pull off for gifts.

New to the rewards system + New employees = check your receipt. Sometimes when the barcode is scanned it makes the sound like it worked but it didn't. I've used this reward system for years back in Ohio, and sometimes it just happens. If the barcode doesn't work and the employee looks confused. Tell them to physically enter the number under the barcode instead. 10/10 it will worksent my boyfriend inside to buy a 3-wick candle and use my reward to get a free single wick candle. He came back and I noticed the single wick candle was not free.I went inside to find out there was only ONE person to train THREE new cashiers. The one helping me tried to get the attention of the trainer but was blatantly ignored. The trainer didn't even acknowledge her presence when the trainee was right next to her for a full 2 minutes.The trainee then took the initiative to find a manager out on the floor to help me. I hope the trainee doesn't quit because of how she was treated by the trainer. Trainer was very unprofessional by noticeably ignoring the trainee.Manager tried to blame my bf and new cashier saying my bf probably had the previous cashier scan the wrong barcode. He swore he watched her scan the right barcode. Turns out they were correct, and the manager was wrong. After she hand entered the barcode, the single wick was free.They need to properly train their employees to double check the barcode worked and how to hand enter the barcode; or they will have A LOT of issues this holiday season with customers coming back into get the correct pricing.
