We used Ms. Joanne Brown and she was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process! We had some issues with our lender and she was there to advocate for us when we didn’t know what was going on! She went above and beyond and was the sweetest realtor. I cannot recommend Joanne enough!

This is just a small look at what the apartment looked like when I moved in. Nothing had been cleaned. The carpet looks like it is an outside carpet, and they will not let me out of my lease.

I will never rent from this company again. Don’t offer no security deposits from renters and free pet rent and then expect me to pay $800 worth of damages for nothing but wear and tear of a unit that was lived in two years and had the place professionally cleaned for move out!

Am injured, lack of poor underrated conditions. On the sidewalks of 5200 buildings on Washington Ave. Saturday around afternoon i got injured. Sidewalk wasn't cleared of snow or snowblowed correctly. Unable to take pic my cell phone broken. Paid damages myself to repair/works for now, till i can afford a new one from boost mobile. Right in the middle of covid-19 & switching medical insurances from the States. Unable to see my doctors for injuries covered. Am Senior citzen 64-plus. This is why i called and left message on your business answering machine tha same night. This is my brother F. Beal cell am using. Thanx we will stay in touch concerning the updated conditions and solutions. Yours truely, Miss Maggie James.

We were getting discounted rent for my husband being the property manager, then a year later randomly within two weeks they got rid of the position and made us come up with full rent in a little less than 2 weeks. Wish we didn’t sign our lease, they raise the rent $30 a year, and patios are in terrible condition my husband fell off one and broke his foot while working for them, and they can’t help us out after we were helping them for over a year! Don’t go with them.
