Blue House Books is Kenosha's only full-service independent bookstore. It carries titles and book accessories for all readers. The store carries a great selection of books, a used book section, events, clubs, and book related items and accessories. The staff are kind, helpful, considerate. Customer service is top notch and they are always willing to go the extra mile for customers. They can special order items not in stock. The business is community-focused, donating gift certificates to teachers and giving back to the community. It is small but mighty, a local store that customers love and support. Blue House Books is a happy place for readers in Kenosha.
I finally stopped in to check out the physical store and it did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming, the vibes were whimsical and inviting. They also had a large selection. I have ordered from them online a few times, happy to support an indie store. Staff recommendations are always great too. 10/10

A quaint indie book store. While small, the selection is extensive for my preferred genres. The have a variety for all ages and welcome guest authors for visits. They also were able to get a book for me that several other retailers couldn't. Wish I tried them first I just didn't know they had a manga connection!

Friendly woman helped me pick a book for my granddaughter. She was so knowledgeable! Super cute place!
