I have no problems with Boost but this store I would suggest staying away from. I drove a half hour for phones that the employee said he had in stock and available over the phone. After waiting an additional 15 minutes in the parking lot waiting for the employee to show up, he lied. He told a nice lady in front of me that they did not have any A-series phones in stock. He then proceeded to tell me that there were two different SKU numbers of the same model and that he did have them in stock, but they were more expensive than advertised. All S-Series phones had to be ordered, which I was not told over the phone either. I knew something was not right, so I left. I drove to the store in Delavan, which was a five-star experience and had the phones available for the prices advertised. Do not waste your time or money at with this location.

Rip off 100 not unlimited goes off the hotspot once that's done and gone it's extremely slow faults advertising go elsewhere bad spot they don't care just want money that's the family plan btw ✌️

I came out to kenosha on July 6th 2023 and the guy who was working was very disrespectful and rude. He was trying to give my boyfriend a 50$ or 60$ plan while there is 25$ and less plans available, obviously all they care about is theremoney. On my way out the man working decided to say "thanks for wasting my time". And took the time to lock the door as if he was threatened.

Stay away. Store is a joke at 3038 Roosevelt Rd. Dishonest. Went to get my iPhone updated from 3G. The owner said it could not be done on my phone and he insisted I had to buy another phone. They gave me a 10 minute hard sell.They told me that if I didnt buy a new phone that day, that my cureent phone would be turned off and I wouldnt have any phone service.Told them I had bought my phone from Boost.com directly and they sent me a letter and a new SD card to have it updated.Walked out and contacted Boost.com. They confirmed my phone can be updated. Went to a another Boost store on 22nd Ave. Had it updated in minutes. They updated my phone for free. Easy peasy.
