We were extremely pleased with our experience. Shelly was very helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish on our switch to State Farm. She was friendly and down to earth and even took extra time to schedule a phone call outside of normal business hours and answered all of our questions and more. Everyone we came in contact with there from Candy on the initial reaching out to a friendly representative who answered the phone was just great. We are thankful to have a local agency helping us with our insurance needs and highly recommend Shelly. Thanks again!

Tanya was excellent ! answered all of my questions and had the policy I wanted in less than 10 minutes one of the best experiences I've had would definitely recommend !

Very very nice staff, easy to do business with, very helpful as an agency. Auto premiums were in no way competitive with others in the same field, premiums just kept going up and up and up while my driving record stayed the same, 30% higher premiums for Apples to Apples coverage. I guess they have to pay for Jimmy Fallon to be on their commercial, but it won't be due to my premium hikes.

After contacting for different insurance companies for my rental property, we decided to go with this company not only for the great rates but also for the fast, friendly, and communicative customer service! They promptly processed all the paperwork and worked with me even though I was a little slow on my end. They did not let me fall through the cracks and I felt very well taken care of.

I've been with Candy Soens-Francetic for 4 years now. I've been happy with my rate and coverages since I signed up. Sometimes I get calls from other companies to see if they can beat my rate. No one has come close. Very friendly, give them a call and see what they can do for you.

I have used State Farm for 57 years and moved to the area and briefly used Candy... Without my knowledge or consent they added things to policies I had in place for 20-30 years.. I now use Craig Smith.

I have had State Farm through Candy's office for over 15 years (truthfully I can't remember, it is probably longer). I have had nothing but top notch service from every person I have ever had to speak with. From Irene who helped me set up my policy and make changes, to Tanya who often fields calls and answers all of my questions, Shelly who helped me file a claim to Candy herself who has sent us bereavement cards when she learns of a relatives passing. I could not cherish these ladies more even though I don't need them often. Some time last week I had the catalatic converter stolen off of my van. I talked to Tanya on Monday after getting a quote to find out what I needed to do to file the claim. Tuesday the repairs were completed, police report filed and I called Shelly to start the claim at about 4:30PM. This morning (Wednesday), I woke up to find I missed a text and call from State Farm Claims at 7:27. They left a message saying they had all the information and my claim would be completed and processed for payment today. The ink is not even dry on the police report yet! I can't tell you what a great relief it is to know that State Farm is always with me and there when I need them!!!! Thank you to each and every one of you! I can't recommend a better agent!
