“I was sent here by Silver Rock for damage to my car before it came to me. The people at Gerber Collision were prompt with the estimate and sending the necessary information to Silver Rock for approval. Although Silver Rock did not approve all the scratches on both front and rear driver side doors the team at Gerber made sure both were done. They even got dents out I never noticed that were created from the scratches. They had an earlier opening than my original appointment, called me to see if I’d like to come in sooner, and even got me a rental since I was going to be without a car in the meantime. Truly great service, plus the car wash voucher was a nice touch (I recommend you use it since the wash is free, it’s pretty nice, and won’t ruin your repair work). Hopefully my car doesn’t receive anymore damage but if it does I’ll be back for sure!”
“I had a great experience thanks to the younger attendant on shift. The exit door wouldn’t open after my wash, but he quickly came over, was very friendly, and apologized for the inconvenience. He was juggling multiple tasks—working on the door issue, drying my car, and helping another customer—all at the same time.
I really hope management recognizes the value he brings. He made a frustrating situation much better, and it’s clear he works hard at a job that isn’t always easy. I truly appreciate his effort!!!”
