this new company does not do a good job at all. The pictures they posted are misleading. They do NOT scrub your car down with a brush before sending you through the wash. Other car washes in town will at least spray down your car with a pressure washer before sending you through the wash, but every time I go through here I still have dirt on my hood, grill, and windows. ill be going back to nappa from now on

Not only is it overpriced for a carwash, but when you sign up for a membership and try cancelling by phone or email before the expiration date of the membership, corporate purposefully delays in responding to your message until after it renews. This is a sleezy move by corporate to squeeze another month of $ out of you. I even tried to cancel in person and they did it same day by deactivating my pass, but corporate still billed me. Be warned about purchasing the monthly pass as cancellation is extremely difficult.The employees and managers of this location are friendly and provide great customer service. The $25 car wash here is worse than the best carwash at Kwik Trip for $9.

This use to be a good full service car wash. They would vacuum the inside, wipe down the dash etc. Now its just a drive thru car wash with self serve vacuums and very overpriced.

I would like to apologize to Kenosha Car Spa for my previous review. This morning, I discovered the missing car mat in my garage behind the recycling bins. I'm embarrassed, and I've learned my lesson. In the future I will wait at least 24 hours before blowing off steam. Again, my apologies..
