Loved my Carmax experience! We found the car, Ronnie put a reservation on the vehicle, did a test drive and bought the car the next day. Ronnie was there every step along the way; answering questions, offering suggestions, taking care of the many details... all with no pressure! I will definitely recommend Carmax ( and Ronnie) to anyone who's looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Me and my friend came by to check out their C63s AMG. They had the car up for a reasonable price and our salesman Scott was very friendly and patient with us. He helped us out in every way. Whether it was looking into other options or taking time out of his day to let us test drive them. Great salesman 10/10 experience!

Seamless experience from beginning to end! Had a vehicle transferred from another Carmax location. Was made aware along the way as to the location of the vehicle while in route. Minimal fee for the transfer. Well worth the fee since you are getting the exact vehicle that you want. The on line description of the vehicle matched the in person inspection. Michael Henry (sales) was awesome to work with! Was given a very good price for our trade in. Only positive things to say about Carmax. This is the 2nd time we purchased from Carmax and it probably won’t be the last.

Third vehicle purchased from Carmax. NEVER buy any vehicle from any other dealer. The others dealers are deceptive.
