You cancelled my card .you said 5-7 days to get another card . It's been 16 days . Never got it .you guys never told me for $5 I could get it in 48 hours . Very unprofessional of you considering I said I needed to get a one way plane ticket back to AZ. .

If I could give no stars I would. I went into cash a check and I am not a Chase customer the teller wrote all over it processed it then told me she could cash it and no one could tell me why even other Chase Banks told me they don't understand I called back and she would not even take the other managers phone number at the other branch don't Bank here or at Chase for that matter you're going to get nothing but problems!

I had a joint account with my mom who collected social security. When she passed they put a hold on our account and stated that social security put the hold on the account. That is a total lie because social security does not put a hold on people's accounts. When I confronted them about such lie they refused to admit they put the hols . I received a letter from social security saying they do put a hold on people's account. Who wants to bank with a vunch of lyiers?

We popped in at 2pm at this branch to see if we can update our banking info (add my husband to my account). Even though we were the only two customers in the lobby/building, we were told that all the personal bankers are booked for the day (oddly we noticed a banker at her desk with no customer snacking on chips and not actively helping anyone). We had to make any appointment to see a personal banker at a later date. I get it if the lobby was busy, but it’s hard for me to believe that you’re too busy to help me when I’m the only customer in the building.

I would give chase a zero if I could.... They rejected my 10000 doller it's income taxes without a 3 day review and lied to me twice saying the taxes would pay for the lil debt and send a cashier's check... Chase as a whole is trash and that's an understatement ..... I'd rather use any other back or banking service.... And this happened all in one day ?

Such a bad customocare in this branch. I wanted to talk about my account information privately. So I asked for a private session with someone. They refused and told me tellers can help you. When approached teller she did not know how to answer my question and summoned other tellers. They couldn’t answer so they publicly asked the personal banker who was sitting other side of the lobby and she very loudly answered my question. Now everyone in the lobby knows my private bank information. Thank you. Mere stupidity

I love this Chase Bank branch! As I pull up, the Mid Century Modern design catches my eye. It's sleek and unique in shape and materials used. Sort of a half crescent with stacked stone, it feels like I've stepped back in time. This location offers easy parking, drive through banking and ATM's. There is also an ATM inside if you want to do your banking without going to the counter. Inside, the bank is spacious and offers several offices for special services. The lobby area is very spacious, so you can have a meeting in privacy. Overall, I always receive quick and courteous service in a very snazzy looking bank.

I was very pleased with my service at this branch. I had to have my name changed on my account because I recently married as well as my debit card. Card remained active under my previous name and I got my card just a few days later in a timely fashion. Cashier was new to name changes but never gave up until she completed the task.

The Lack of Customer Service Care at this location is Appalling. My Wife and Daughter went into the Bank on Monday August 2nd to open a High School Account and they were given an appointment for Friday August 6th at 3:30 pm as they are seeing people "by appoint only"..they showed up at their scheduled time just to be told they were not listed in the system for any appointment.. My wife and daughter explained that they were given an appointment and their answer was we cannot see you without an appointment and the soonest we can give get an appointment for you is Next Friday or Next Saturday, 7-8 days out...Any other Business after realizing their mistake would have tried to make things right and try to accommodate its customer for the following day... But not these people. perhaps they have Zero concept about Customer Service. I would have expect them to try to fix their screw up. after all it was the Ineptitude of the Person who was there on Monday August 2nd, 2021 at about 4pm who created the problem.I wish it were possible to give them ZERO Stars...

I've gone to this branch for 7 years. The last 2 years quality of service has greatly decreased. Staff have given me wrong information over my issues with my debit card. I needed to get an apostle done and called ahead to ask if they did the document I needed. They said they did. Went in and they refused. What a wasted trip. I ended up going to the UPS store. Go to the other branch if you want decent service.

I made my account a month ago and I have yet to be given a debt card been having to withdrawal money from inside the bank whenever I need money or deposit only in the atms are useless to me b/c I can use Apple Pay
