At the 80th St. location, most of the tellers are great. Chase took care of scam charge for me. But trying to get help for investing was an uncomfortable experience.

Don't bother going to this Chase bank if you need a notary. Don't trust what they tell you on the phone either because the lady who answered was wrong, twice. Apparently Juanita isn't actually able to notarize everything, even though she's a notary. Also, she must be the slowest writer/ worker in the world because writing your name and address, the same two things, 3 to 6 times would take her 45 min to an hour! LOL So she's definitely unable to help a Chase customer as a Notary within your bank. Call around!!Update- we went to the Chase bank in Pleasant Prairie and worked with Joanna. It took her 11 minutes. I timed it. (She didn't know I timed her.) See stop watch picture. Thanks Joanna!!

The ATM is CONSTANTLY down, or missing key features (out of money, not able to accept deposits, etc). It’s ridiculous. It doesn’t matter how kind everyone is at this branch (and they are) when the most basic of services is constantly out of commission. Add no coin counting into the mix and I’m wondering why on earth we even bother with this company.

I don't know how this branch got this low rating. But as far as I was waiting in the bank for my banker, people are doing things politely and efficiently. I was there to open a new account, and my banker, Juanita probably the first banker who truly explain every single features and fees explicitly.

I would give chase a zero if I could.... They rejected my 10000 doller it's income taxes without a 3 day review and lied to me twice saying the taxes would pay for the lil debt and send a cashier's check... Chase as a whole is trash and that's an understatement ..... I'd rather use any other back or banking service.... And this happened all in one day ?

Brad totally messed up my account ??♂️ i got a chance to talk to him today and he seemed un remorseful to say the least.he cost me a hard hit on my credit and messed up my business account application. He would call and never leave a message. I take my banking extremely seriously. It was obvious brad didnt take it as serious as i do.as luck may have it i found juan at the waukegan branch who was able to help immediately and efficiently. No rushing me out, just great customer service AS IT SHOULD BE! normally id say people make mistakes but, the fact i didnt even get an apology really puts this chase banks branch customer service outlook into perspective. Im just glad I was able to get the situation taken care of. Hopefully moving forward I won't have these types of issues now that i have a competent banker on my side.

Chase closed by branch after more than 14 years I am a customer. I get it that many people do this online, but if you were prepared and got us alternative deposit box that would be nice. Now we need to run around and wait on a waiting list.

This bank shows no loyalty to there customers at all. As a matter a fact they like to basically accuse you of fraud when you try to deposit and withdraw some of your check from. A 401k loan from a financial institution bigger than them . They want to make me wait 7 extra business days so they can check the authentication of the whole transaction. 10years a customer..........Needless to say I will 3700% be taking my checking elsewhere. Besides they are more concerned with closing locations and non-working atms these days .
