They told me they couldn't diagnose what was wrong with my computer so it would cost me over $85 just to find out what the problem was.So I took my computer and left. I did a Google search and found Harbor PC. I wish I had done that first. Not only did Aaron let me know diagnostics were free he also worked really hard to find me a cheaper part. Ultimately I went with the more expensive part because it meant I would get my computer back sooner. They did a fantastic job and if we need any other computer repair you can bet we'll be going back to Harbor PC.”

“Guy who runs this store is an absolute god.Brought my computer in because the CPU was overheating heavily when idling. Before I even got home, he called me telling me some of the issues it had.By the next day, 15 minutes before the store even opened, he called and told me he had everything fixed, and also moved some stuff around in my computer to make it work better!All that and only for $60. Can highly recommend.”
