Tried to buy products as a licensed professional, and was denied service this morning because I didn't remember my phone number 4 years ago. According to the worker, there's no other way to look me up. I have everything as far as information except a 5 year old phone number

I came in from out of state and needed to get some supplies. We were met by an outstanding sales associate and assisted by the manager (I believe her name was Veronica). She helped us from almost start to finish.I will definitely do all my business here when I come to town.Thank you so much for your outstanding, excellent customer service!!

AERIEL GAVE ME THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN A PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY STORE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.She will be the reason why I come to cosmoprof and I’ll drive the whole way from Racine to the Kenosha store JUST for her customer service.She was just exceptional, extremely knowledgeable and had the most amazing bubbly personality. I asked so many questions and never once did she give me a vibe that she was annoyed but overjoyed to give me her thoughts and opinions. You can just really tell the difference between a employee that is punching the clock for the paycheck and when they take pride in their job. Well done Aeriel BRA-FREAKING-VA ??
