Isn't this a walk-in salon? I have been there 3 times this week, at different times, and am always told they're "booked up" . Even though there are no customers, or maybe one, in the store. Going somewhere else!

Worst haircut I've had in 60 years. It looks like someone attacked me with a weed whacker. Sad because I've been there before and they did just fine. I think they might need to be a little more discerning about who they hire. I feel like I would have had a better haircut from Stevie Wonder.

I have been going to Kathy for several years ...first when she worked in Zion, and now in Kenosha at the 80th Street Location. She is great...the best I have ever had...and, I'm an old guy. :) She's very diligent in how she cuts a person's hair and does a fantastic job.Service: Haircut

I didn't felt welcomed here tried to strike up conversation but only received one word answer and overall the interaction was quite awkward. The hair "stylist" also wasn't able to follow simple instructions to style my hair.

So I took my kids in to get hair cuts. One of the kids was having a real hard time. The lady cutting the hair was amazing. She was awsome and did fantastic. The lady at the register was rude, she made my kid cry. The kid having the hard time I was trying to console and her comments to both me and him were making things worst. Love the place but I was not impressed with person who is the first person you see.Service: Haircut

This is the absolute worst hair cut I have ever received, and I didn't even know until hours later! I just got a new job and wanted to look nice for the final interview and first day. I came in for a trim, my layers blended a bit and my undercut rebuzzed.Firstly, she butchered my mini nape undercut and used my baby hairs to shape instead of buzzing it? Then, she seemed shocked that my front pieces were shorter than the very back and I explained that they were framed and then blended to the back. (A medium haircut with long layers and subtle frame is well known, and basic IMO)She made a point that it was long in the back and said "oh you probably like it to be shorter and then go into the front" I said no I actually like it shorter in the front it kind of looks like a U . She claimed she worded it badly and that she understood. Everything seemed fine and I thought she layered it normally in the back with long layers, I left happily. (I couldn't see what she did with the mirror, it seemed normal I swear) I had my hair up until I could shower and use color gloss later that night.Then my shower... I dried my hair, looked at the front and it seemed pretty cute, a little short but I knew it would grow. Then I grabbed a mirror to see how my nice blended, subtle layers looked.. well, they were JOHN & KATE + 8 STACKED. A giant triangle hacked into the back of my head for no reason??!!! It is sticking out every which way, even styled it still looks like a mushroom layer.I balled my eyes out, I just wanted to look nice for my new job and I didn't realize my hair was hacked up. What kind of stylist would think any 20-something wants a hacked Karen cut??Services: Long haircut
