Worst customer service in this pharmacy. Very inconsistent! The only consistency is the poor attitudes behind the counter. If you don't like your job and you don't know how to treat people then find a different job that doesn't involve communicating with people.

So many times they have one or two items on shelf so things sell out so I can't buy two or the shelf is empty.

We had to get a PCR test to travel. On 12/31 we did the tests that should only take 1-2 days. Today is now 1/03. I still don't have results. We had to cancel our trip costing thousands.Cvs shouldn't promise 2 days if you can't deliver.

I really liked shopping at this south Kenosha CVS location. Although this shopping center looked a bit tired and kind of lost in time, the CVS store was clean, tidy and fully stocked. I found everything I needed plus extra things at great prices. The store's aisles are wide and easily accessible. The displays at the ends of the aisles and at the front of the store looked great too. Everything was arranged nicely and caught my attention. When I was checking out, the man at the counter was very helpful. He was professional but still very friendly. He assisted me efficiently with a great attitude. Overall, I would visit this location the next time I'm in town. Kenosha has several CVS locations and some are shiny and new. But there was something about this store that made me feel appreciated as a customer. In addition, I was able to find everything I needed easily.

I dropped off a prescription to be filled and was told they were out of stock but it would be in the next day (Friday). When I came back the following evening, I was told that the prescription was out of stock but that it would be ready Monday. When I told the woman that my dog was out of his pills, she went to the back and found a vial of the pills and was able to fill the prescription. They had more than 24 hours notice to fill and did not. The prescription is a matter of being seizure free or not. It's not something minor.

If I could give the pharmacy a zero.... I would. Every time I go... I'm disappointed. Worst customer service and marketing communication I have ever seen. Would never recommend! Also, the store is old, dingy, and merchandise is expired. Store hours are published wrong as well... misleading. Beware!

Cvs in general sucks, but this location is the cream of the crap. They have screwed up every prescription ever gotten here. I wish to God that my insurance allowed me to go to Walgreens.

Did not feel welcomed. Clerks were not interested in you. The structure of the pharmacy area was dirty and worn. I had just switched all my prescriptions there anticipating going to Medicare soon. After my initial experience with one prescription, switched all back to Walgreens.

I had a prescription refill of Allegra D (20 tablets)however when I went to pick up my refill they only gave me 10 and it said on my prescription they printed on the label that there were no refills; so I called after I realized that I was only given half of what I should have been given. They told me that it was in the computer for 10 more tablets left on the prescription, however when I went to pick up the rest of my prescription, they told me that it wasn't covered by my insurance anyway so it was given over the counter. If I would have gotten it under my prescription instead of over the counter - at least I could have used it on my FSA account. I think I'll be changing where I need to use a pharmacy.
