I come here all the time this is my reg pharmacy and the pharmacist amazing love her but Brenda always has a nasty attitude and they always have a homeless dude sitting outside it’s just ghetto and nasty. teach Brenda some customer service skills like smile say your welcome back when I say thank you have manners! damn these companies obviously just don’t care how they look anymore.

If you’re a person of color watch out for the chubby guy with curly hair and glasses. Don’t send your kids inside alone he will follow them around the store. I watched him do it to a little boy of color. He also felt the need to watch me on the camera and me only on a different occasion. He came out of the camera room as soon as I got to the checkout counter but didn’t feel the need to watch anyone else in the store.

The clerks today on my visit, were helpful, friendly and extremely customer focused. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and valued at CVS. They helped me select my items for purchase and how then how use my bonus reward coupon during my checkout. They also kindly helped me understand that the coupon is not available to purchase some items in the store. They set a new standard for customer service!

I never have a problem with CVS there's stores are always clean and I received more coupons from them then I do from Walgreens the customer service is great and the team members are very helpful

I have been using CVS for the past three years and always had a very good experience with the druggist and the rest of store. Everyone is very helpful and courtiest, plus by being a club member I have saved a very large sum of money on my purchases. Prescriptions are always ready when I arrive at the store, no waiting like at other stores where they lose them.

I personally think it was a terrible idea to get rid of your freezer food forever.Employees are nice and friendly and helpful usually.
