My pain medication was \"on hold\" for 12 days. I tried calling the pharmacy several time with no answer. I finally drove down to the pharmacy. I asked the pharmacist what was holding up my medications. He told me he did not have time to answer questions. I asked him again and was told he was not in the mood and go sit down like I was 3rd grader. I have never been treated so rudely. My wife and I will be transferring all our medications to another pharmacy. I will be sure to tell all my associates what happened.

I made an appointment for a rapid Covid test. Went through all the steps. Watched the video. Uploaded my health insurance. Went to the appointment. Was told all rapid tests are cancelled for the week. That I should have received a text! I did not receive a text. I did receive multiple texts reminding me of my appointment time, asking to upload a photo of health insurance \\u0026 asking to watch a video. CVS had no record of my appointment \\u0026 was not interested in hearing my confirmation #. Maybe, CVS got a supply of rapid tests for sale \\u0026 decided people could purchase a test? At least Walgreens said they have no appointments available. I never write negative reviews…until today. What a waste of time!

I usually don't post reviews, but my last experience there watrented one. Great employees. Very customer focused. Friendly and nice.
