Always have to wait for everything!! Waited for a gift card for a long time ! Phone rings and no one’s answers . Very poorly ran business!! Very rude customer service and always a hassle to go out n there !!

I was referred to the salon by a coworker two years later I am still going to see Nina she does a wonderful job .I'm ALWAYS happy how my nails turn out . Nina is warm always has a smile just like the other staff members. The salon is beautiful, relaxing and clean. You are served as a individual not a customer to finish quickly to get to the next. I nothing but good things to say. You will too once call and schedule your appointment!

After recently moving to the area, I had tried a few places for my nail upkeep. All I have to say is that it took me 3 times to find this gem! The first few were needless to say HORRIBLE! When I was lucky enough to come across this establishment, I can not say anything other than I have been convinced this is my nail salon of choice. Amazing technicians, friendly, and of course they do amazing work from top to bottom! Nails and feet are always top notch! Highly recommend!

so it was a genuinely really pretty set. at first he didn’t know i actually wanted the bow and the A initial on my nails so he had to add it but he did it so sloppily!! like both hands don’t match in the slightest the bow doesn’t look like a bow. i wanted it in white he did it in black. the As are so poorly written. and to top it off he cut 7/10 of my fingers. i left the building with 7 bloody fingers and $65 out of my wallet. very mixed feelings :(

I was a new costumer, had a full set done with photo representation of what I was wanting and after 5 days of having them they lifted and fully came off a week later. I do not recommend going here, they did not explain their policy’s on what to do if this were to happen especially with me being a new time costumer, paying $75 plus tip to have nail fall off a week later. I called and explained how I didn’t know the policy’s and they hung up the phone on me.

From the first time i went here to get a full set, my results have always been amazing. But i have just recently gotten a full set here and I am unsatisfied. I asked for square french tips and the base was super pink along with how thick the french tip was; almost looks like duck nails. I was told the pink will lighten but one of my friends full set french tips faded right away. Unsatisfied in the end. the first picture was what i wanted but without the silver. the second picture was what i got.

Cleanliness: The shop was clean and it smelled good
Stylist: I had a Male who took care of me he was warm nice entertaining and of course he did a good job on my pedicure. My first time there but I will definitely be back
