Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. Michael is awful to work with and made mistakes with my signs and then blamed it on me. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache.

I use FASTSIGNS for all my advertising, from business cards to wall signs. They are able to take my ideas, however basic, and transform them into visually impactful finished products. I have never been disappointed.

I hired another FastSigns to construct a sign for my business. When I questioned the first franchise about the sign being out of square and not level, they ignored my concerns. It took the first franchise 4 months! When I called FastSigns corporate about the Racine franchise, Jason Roetz, the Racine Franchise owner just took down my sign and left us stranded. I turned to FastSigns Kenosha and had a totally different experience. Within no time, owner Michael Gaines had showed me that Roetz's construction composition was flawed. He redesigned the outdoor business sign and in almost no time (not 4 months like Fast Signs Racine) our new sign was installed and the nightmare was over. THANK YOU FASTSIGNS KENOSHA!!

Went into fast signs the day before my event. I asked how fast are you cause I need this today. They said they could do it. I was shocked. They gave me great service. Spent time to see what I needed. Called me as soon as it was finished. I only waited a few hours. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for a job well done.

I honestly don't think there is enough room to put all the good things I need to say about Michael and everyone at Fast Signs. We just opened up a family owned subshop. We called other sign places and the prices they gave us were extremely high. Michael worked with us to keep everything not only within our budget,but made sure we got the custom sign we wanted.( our sign and logo were even designed by him).He made sure all our signs, and windows were done in plenty of time before opening, and when we got in a bind with our menus he stepped up again and made sure we had what we needed and fast! All our business now only goes to him and his team from our signs to our menus to anything else we need. If your looking for a great sign guy who honestly isn't out for anything other then helping the little guy, this is the place to go. I'd give it 15 stars if I could!!
