Had some work completed on my older high mileage vehicle, including AC compressor, radiator, serpentine belt, etc. A few days later, I had another issue arise with my vehicle that was unrelated. Ruben decided to take care of this free of charge, which was greatly appreciated! Ruben, Marisa and team were great to work with… Would definitely recommend!

We had a flat tire today after purchasing brand new tires at a different Firestone location yesterday. This location replaced the faulty tire for free and offered quick, efficient and friendly service in a stressful situation.

Had a coolant leak. They were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem. Ruben did a really good job repairing my car. They definitely have my business and I will be coming back to them for future repairs.

I’m am so thankful to of found this shop and trusted these guys ! Luis was amazing assistance and walked me through the whole process. I’m about to go on a 15 h car ride and told them to get my car “high way ready” and they did just that ! They found things no other shop did ! And fixed it that day ! Got my baby running like new ! And made sure me and my kids would be safe on this trip and to top it off .. VERY DECENT PRICED ! Thanks Firestone team !

Went in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. Recommended services were struts and sway bars. Total price with tax and alignment would have been over $1,000. I decided to check out the part numbers listed on the quote as I know they have a contract with Advance Auto Parts. Each strut is $130( same brand on Amazon $90) and each sway bar is $34 to the consumer so cheaper to the shop. Price quoted for these parts was $300 each strut and $99 for each sway bar. I understand increasing the price for increased profits but doubling and tripling the price and on top adding $400 in labor for a 60-90 minute job is crazy. Don’t see how anyone can do this.
