the place is a mess always there’s opened products everywhere and every time i get something from here it breaks within a week. a pair of headphones i got that i’ve barely had long fell on the floor and completely shattered. $15 headphones and what’s worse about it is that every time i’ve been to five below i NEVER received my receipt

Messy store. Disorganized. Same items are in two or three different areas. It feels like a rummage sale.

The store was a huge mess! You would swear that a bunch of children were dropped off there with no parental supervision and picked up a couple of hours later. None of the employees were cleaning up either. It also seemed like there were way too many items priced well above $5. I should have taken pictures while I was there, but there were a couple of employees staring us down already as though we were up to something. It was just really uncomfortable in there.

I like the cosmetics and the pet department..Really nice employees ,, but hardly anything for $5 here anymore. ?I see things for $10 and $20. Prices are kind of misleading

The Five Below location seems to have a little bit of everything in a small footprint. We came to pick up a weight set and found that they actually have a few different fitness items for a decent price when it comes to strength training. I was under the impression that everything was $5 or below, but it turns out that most things fall in that category but there are some priced higher so just be aware that at the back of the store some things may be up to $25 from what we encountered. The staff was friendly as well during our visit.

I have been in this store twice now this month. Each time the store was trashed. Items all over the floor, made it hard to get through ilses with a cart. Items on shelfs were miss matched & unorganized. It looked like the store had not been cleaned in months.
