Scott verhagen made my experience buying a car enjoyable for the first time.Compared to the high pressure long drawn-out stressful Toyota in Hyundai use he was the opposite relaxed nice and and was 1/4 the time it took at Toyota 2 weeks earlier

I dropped my car off for a 7:30am for an 11:30am appointment. I mentioned to the service manager for my appointment that I needed my car back by 4:30 so I could take my kids to soccer practice. He said, "No problem". At 3:00 pm I received a text message with an inspection video indicating my car was done and I should "expect" a call shortly. 2 1/2 hours later, and having now missed soccer practice, I lost my patience and call the dealership. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, I was informed that my car was done at 3:00 p.m., but the paperwork was still sitting in the garage. This is my experience nearly every time I come to the dealership, regardless of the complexity of the appointment. Oil, change, 2 hours. New Tires, 6 hours. Not because it takes that long, but because the ability to move paperwork and communicate is a joke! Two cars and and thousands of dollars in routine service later, I'm done.

This was a great experience. Boucher had the truck ready to go with new plates, too, on very short notice. Good communication once the vehicle arrived and devoid of pressure for last minute upgrades. I could not be happier with our salesman Scott who inherited our order and closed the deal. I would highly recommend this dealer. Thank you Boucher Ford.

Service was adequate. I did make an appointment to come in. Took almost a week before the car was looked at. Then it took another three weeks to get it diagnosed, order and reorder parts. I didn’t have the car for the month of August. When I picked up my car, it was very dirty. I would have thought to keep acustomer happy, they would have a least washed the car.

We couldn’t be more pleased working with Tristen. He was so thorough and went above and beyond for us. When our vehicle arrived, he went through every detail with us individually. He made sure he was always available to any questions we had. He is definitely highly recommended as well as everyone involved with our purchase.

Through no fault of his own, the service writer went out on medical leave the day my truck was taken in. Nothing for a week.My job was never looked at by anyone else for 10 days, until I called to enquire. The sat on the parts for 2 more weeks while I was handed excuses like sick mechanics and such. Then on the fourth week, I was given the excuse that the assigned mechanic had to go out for 2 days to help with a lease sale??????My service writer was pleasant, but full of excuses. Got the feeling of lack of organization and no urgency.Won't be going back!

I’ve purchased 4 new cars from Boucher Ford. Everyone there is extremely nice and friendly and I have always had positive experiences. Even when there were mix ups, they did everything they can to make it right always. Unfortunately ford does not really offer any good options or incentives on new cars (leases) anymore so I had to purchase a non-ford vehicle. But overall this dealership is top notch and treats their customers well.

I had set an appointment for my Ford car to be inspected August 7th for what I assumed was an issue with the coolant chamber on my car. By the 8th of August it was ruled out that the issue was my coolant and and I stead an issue with my turbo. With my car being u der warranty I understand approval is required before repairs start. I did not get an update that the requested repairs were given the approval until the 17th of August. Between the 8th and 17th, I am the one doing most of the reaching out to the ford dealership to ask for updates. In response to me calling I'm getting informed that there is always something preventing the next step from taking place. I understand things get busy, as my car is not the only car in existence to have auto repair issues. However, when the individual I am speaking to on the phone informs me that the reason it took so long to get the proof to the warranty company was because it was raining to get the video proof and then an additional 2 days to send the proof because they were unaware large video files cannot be sent through email, I'm losing respect for the shop. After the 17th I am told the part to replace my turbo will be ordered and that by the latest I will recieve my car back by the following week. I am once again calling the shop as I am in the dark on the status of my repairs. At this point a family member is calling on my behalf as I am not getting anywhere productive. On the 24th my family member gets an update that the individual I had previously been calling had been in the hospital and we were unable to receive an update because they were unfamiliar with my file-but the part that was ordered would be in that day. While I have empathy for the individual who was in the hospital, personally I had had a death in the family that week and was unable to go to the hospital to say my goodbyes because my car was at the dealership-I found that unprofessional. The 25th we get an update that the part needed for repair has arrived but cannot be worked on as there is only 1 specialist mechanic and they are currently working on a another car ahead of mine. Once again I can understand other cars being there but by the 30th the update is that my car is still not on the lift, our words of encouragement from the shop is that I should have my car by the end of the week. Luckily by the 31st my car has been repaired and I could pick it up. Initially on the 8th when I recieved word what needed repairs on my car I asked about receiving a courtesy car as I heard that Ford dealerships provide one while making repairs, I was told on the 8th that all cars were out and that I was unable to get one. My family member also numerous times inquired about the status updates on the courtesy cars and was also denied. However when I went to go pick up my car there was a car parked next to mine labeled as a courtesy car. Also while I was walking into the dealership for the pickup of my repaired one of the sales team individuals in response to me informing them why I was there said "how long has your car been here 2 months? 1?". So apparently this is an issue the entire building is aware of, which is concerning. While I am thankful to the team for fixing my car ( the ONLY reason for 2 stars) I am beyond dissapointed by the lack of professionalism, communication, and timeliness of this location, I will not be recommending

Had a great experience at the dealership. My salesman Tristan was awesome. I recommend seeing him. He really does everything possible to make sure you get the best price. I had a few issues with a car Tristan went out of his way to make sure that my car got all the little stuff worked out. There is no pressure on anything, the financial guy really help me understand the paperwork. It was great experience. I will definitely be going back there again.

I ordered a 2023 Ford Escape St line Select. When it came there were some issues with the splash guards as in the rear ones were missing. The team worked quickly and efficiency to rectify the situation. I am extremely pleased with my Ford Escape as well as the team at Gordie Boucher Ford from sales to management to service. Highly recommend.

Let's be honest here. We were in need of a car because of someone else's careless driving. Our car was totalled. We 1st searched new and this is where the honesty lies. THOSE PRICES!!! We decided to search used and at 3 other dealers, we ran into issues. 1 was the car was out on a test drive (it was sitting on the lot). 1 was waiting on customer to bring in pay stub (2 weeks later, still on lot) Last one, we closed the tailgate and the window half fell of. Dealer offer to replace broken connector, not both.We then called ahead to Boucher Ford in Kenosha and asked about a car. Was told it was on the lot. We came in the next day and had a nice test drive decided to purchase, and within a couple of hours we had a new used car. The facility and lot are clean, the sales and finance crew were professional. Overall I give this business a 5 ⭐ review.
