I absolutely love Harbor Park Health and Fitness. I recently moved over from a toxic gym environment and this place has been a breath of fresh air. I am enjoying my workouts again and love coming everyday. The community here has been so welcoming- everyone introduces themselves and says good job after every workout. The coaching staff is top notch. Coming from a place that proper coaching was lacking, this has been so refreshing. They actually watch me perform the skills and give the feedback I need to do the skills correctly and better- which also makes the movements easier and helps me progress. Also, I’m not just another face. They actually care to get to know me as a person not just a face that comes to their gym for an hour each day. That really matters to me. This gym is about the people and I am so glad it has become my new gym home. I hands down recommend it to anyone looking for a place to thrive in your fitness journey.

Love Harbor Park!! I’ve been a member for almost a year and I’ve accomplished so many goals since I’ve been coming. The coaches are super knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I love that they offer a variety of classes as well. Also, the personal training and small group classes are fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

3 years as a member. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and have better mobility than I’ve had in decades! Also it’s fun to go to classes and the community is really awesome!

I have been on my health and fitness journey for 8 years now, and have been at Harbor Park for 4 of those years. My level of knowledge in movement, mobility, diet, and mental health have grown immensely! These guys care about the health and wellness of each and every member.

Joining Harbor Park Health & Fitness has been one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. The diversity in types of classes (and times they are available) makes getting a workout in so varied & easy! The clients are hard-working, friendly, and welcoming. And the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and full of positive energy. Do not doubt you can do something…they are always watching, ready with guidance on how to modify exercises, if necessary. If you are looking for a place to work on your physical (as well as mental) health, definitely try Harbor Park Health & Fitness. You will be so happy with your choice.

I have been a member at Harbor Park Health & Fitness Gym since August 2022. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I have made since I retired from teaching in 2013. I was having shoulder issues and sciatica issues, both issues have resolved since I started taking classes at HPH&F. The instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and very helpful when working with members. The smaller classes makes for better individualization of workouts to help each of us gain the most success in our participation. I highly recommend HPH&F for anyone who is interested in improving their physical abilities, strength, and flexibility. There is a wonderful atmosphere of support and caring at this gym - as well as fun!

Harbor Park Health and Fitness is awesome! The personal coaching is phenomenal and includes nutrition information that is not only helpful it’s easy to apply to my everyday life. I have been in the program for 8 weeks and it’s already had a such a positive impact on my health.

Absolutely love this gym! The members, staff, owners, everyone is amazing and very welcoming. I have been a member for 2 years, which is the longest I have stayed at any gym. If you’re thinking of checking it out, do it- You will not be disappointed!

I joined this gym at the invitation of a colleague this past summer. Immediately I was welcomed into the fold by coaches Jason, Dustin, and the entire Harbor Park staff! I was new to CrossFit (but a long time runner), and Coach Dustin in particular was patient, encouraging, and always ready to share a laugh as I learned the system. He is such an excellent teacher for the Olympic lifts and other technique-heavy exercises. I can always trust that I will get a great workout, learn excellent technique, and meet my fitness goals.Also, I love how inter-generational and welcoming the community is. I love working out with such lovely people of all ages and experience levels. It’s such a friendly and environment. So glad I found HPCF!!

This gym is so supportive and friendly! The coaches and members have been so welcoming! At first I thought it was just aCrossFit gym but there are a bunch of other options: yoga, Pilates, mobility and Bootcamp( or as I like to call it, CrossFit Lite). I love that each class is challenging and I don’t have to think about having plan when I go to workout; I just show up and I know I’m going to get a great workout!
