Customer service is excellent and very good, available by text or immediate phone call. Delivery is exceptional, fast, and friendly. Teams often deliver the next day or within 24 hours, sometimes arriving earlier than the time given. They set up the new mattress and take away old items quickly, often in less than twenty minutes. Customers love their new bed, are very happy with the experience, and strongly recommend the company.
