Scam, i payed 63$ on Expedia, for 1 week then at store they told me to pay additional booking amount of 200 plus 7 day amount, nothing in my expedia booking told me to pay additional booking amount, then their card machine lagged in between so they didn't got the amount, my bank told its been processed from my end, but merchant didn't claim that, their system still didn't show, they try to make u understand, and take no responsibility

Worst rental experience ever!! There is absolutely NO URGENCY!! I ordered a 10am pick up and at 10:33am I am still here waiting to talk to someone. Very under staffed! I will never come here again!!

Even if I find cheaper rentals elsewhere, I always choose Hertz in Kenosha. Devin and Alex are what keeps me coming back to rent from them. They are always so helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They always make the rental/return process smooth, easy and memorable. Will keep coming back.

My husband reserved a Jeep Wrangler for me for my birthday. He was told they had three of them there to choose from. When we arrived to pick up the Jeep, we were told they don’t have any. We were offered a Chevy Equinox instead. I explained to the boy behind the desk that I don’t want to rent the Equinox. I wanted the Jeep we reserved. He told me that we would be charged a no show fee if we don’t take it. He gave my husband a business card with a number to call. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service explaining why we left without a rental. Total waste of our time and we left with nothing.

Love renting cars from here my whole family goes here. They are ready and easy always same guy there solo which I find weird but he does good job even when busy, only thing is I think they should gave more SUV vehicles small ones mid sized ones especially for area more than reg cars too. Otherwise great place to ren. If there's a problem it's mostly people comparing about stupid shit like I put more gas then u have me or car i rented online is not available some things are out of control especially for the guys who work there. They have whatthey have we just have to be patient sometimes. I know i was bummed out with vehicle I got but I still left with s vehicle!

I am so upset with this place...I booked a rental with them at 2:54 pm for a pick up time of 5 pm same day; they called me at 4:50pm, while I was turning the corner to the company and they informed me that they did not have any vehicles for me to pick up. I came from another city to pick this vehicle up. What a complete let down and terrible case of communication. I WILL not ever use this company nor recommend it. I wish I could give it a 0/5 stars.

I have always had a positive experience at this location and typically rent multiple times a month for work travel. Devin, the Branch Manager provides exceptional service and ensures the pickup/drop off process is quick and easy!

Devon are Alex went above and beyond to help me with my rental car. Very polite, knowledgable, and efficient. This was like old-school customer service and it was very appreciated, especially when you are in a stressful situation with car trouble and need to quickly find another vehicle. I will recommend Hertz in Kenosha to everyone.

Front desk person was awesome, very nice and knowledgeable. However the car we got was dirty and had not been cleaned. Papers from previous renters still in the center counsel.
