Listen to all these reviews, Don’t do it !!!!! Save yourself a headache! Horrible experience as well as customer service ! I rented a car on line for pickup from this location about hour before pickup I received a call to call them . I called them when the agent informed me they had no cars in stock !! When I told them that I was already charged on my card he informed me to call customer service to get it reversed! He offered no solution to the issue and was unprofessional!

If you need to pickup or drop off a vehicle. Be ready for an extended wait time as this place takes forever with everything and make sure that they explain how billing works. My billing was supposed to be charged and never was then they hit me on a later date and screwed up all my bill payments. Your better off finding ANYWHERE else to rent from

The friendly employees at Hertz were right on time for our appointment; and, when I had some trouble operating the vehicle, they were there time and time again to assist.The Tesla is a very nice safe car to drive, I'm just grateful for the free tour of the vehicle.I learned to calibrate the driver seat; and, move the steering column or mirrors, with the dials on the hand warmers, Wi-Fi available for both hot spot or with the Hertz gold membership.Create a driver profile is useful to save your settings, just use the valet mode if you want another driver to sit in the car. Set a pin and keep it safe, to give to the valet on pickup.There are many features worth investing your time into exploring. I really enjoyed the pedal and steering settings to become accustomed to the new driving style.Tesla has incredible acceleration and ability to slow down quickly without braking.

Everything went well. Devin was great to work with and very friendly. We were notified that the original vehicle we requested was no longer available, so he upgraded us at no extra cost. Will definitely be back.

Had an amazing customer experience with Devin. He went out of the way and helped me when I was in a bad situation. And I was comfortable to extend the contract 4 times before I finally handed over the rented car back to Hertz. Highly recommended for anybody who is looking for world class customer service. Thanks Devin.

Cancelled my reservation without permission minutes after I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. It was the online customer support that cancelled without my permission but the personnel at the location had not been able to make any changes. Any questions were directed to call customer support even while I was there in person. Highly recommend Enterprise a minute up the road. Not worth saving the $3/day etc using Hertz.Devon did a good job at the location given what he had to work with but overall bad policies on Hertz’ part.

Terrible customer service . Rented me a van that needed oil change and had a cracked windshield . Charged me for insurance when I didn't want or need it. When I noticed charges they said to bad you agreed but I was never told I was agreeing to insurance . I was told it was rental agreement like I always sign . Maybe I should have took my time and looked closer but who does that when excited for vacation? I feel very much so taken advantage of . Don't let it happen to you stay away from this location!

Terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. People working at a car rental establishment that deals with insurance companies really need to have the proper knowledge and training needed to answer customers questions. If you dont know the correct answer go find someone that does. And dont try to upsell me additional insurance when im already fully covered through my own car insurance company that is covering this whole mess to begin with. Just a way to pull as many dollars out of your pocket as they can. I do not recommend renting from this establishment.

Most of the time these online reviews are accurate. In this case the the reviews are dead on. I agree, this Hertz location has very poor customer service. Poor customer service and care. The manager of the location provided false information to Geico. When I arrived, no premium vehicle was available and the vehicle they did provide was dirty and had 1/4 tank. They did not do a walk around with the vehicle to establish any damages. Simply handed me the keys to a dirty car. Any employee at Chik Fil A can do 10x better than the manager at the location. Hertz should really consider recruiting better employees that really manage and know how to run and operate a business in a professional manner.

Terrible experience. Rented a car for a 12 pm pick up. Arrived at 1203 to find location closed and no one in company able to help us. Our kids all waiting at home packed ready for our big road trip.......budget to the rescue
