I'd like to give a shout out to both Steve's office and particularly Vanessa, who helped us immeasurably during our most recent claim. With some kids still at home and some who have had to move back in with us (along with their kids), we have 15 people and two dogs living together. A flood severely damaged our home, and we had to find lodging for all of us during the repair process. Finding adequate housing was a major challenge, but Vanessa stepped up and took our plight to heart. She kept saying she puts herself in the shoes of those she is serving and does whatever she can to help. It was beyond true in our case. She pushed until she was able to effect a positive decision to get us into a hotel, working late on a Friday and calling during the weekend and first thing Monday morning to check on us. This kind of care and service is rare today, and we are grateful to Vanessa and Steve Paddock's office for being amazing!!!”
