I'm a little disappointed. I've been coming here for years with no complaints. I was there at 9am cause I needed my feet done going out of town soon. They were closed. So I left and went home and now it's almost 1030 and they're still not open. What the heck! I work 12hr nights and don't have alot of time during the day to get things done! I'm upset. Now I have to find some other place to go!

This place is the must horrible nail salon I have ever used, the guy cut my finger , nail polish was dry and he didn’t care , the design was $10 dls more and was horrible worse than a kindergarten kid doing lines , my nail were so thick and uneven, I paid just because i had to paid but the same day I went to an other salon to get my nails fixed… never come back or recommendService: Acrylic nails

Overpriced. Left nails looking awful. Never fixed an issue I addressed multiple times. Crooked nails that were barley attended to. Streaky polish job. Late both times appts were scheduled. First time was 45 minutes with no apology or even a discount. Nice people but for being in the business for so long, work should be better than what I got. Never have I paid so much for a set in my life and been SO unhappy. Over 15 years of getting my nails done and this is top 3 of awful product. I came home and filed them myself to make look semi decent. 65 for a full set is beyond outrageous. Awful. Awful. Awful.

I went to this facility before and I actually enjoyed them and their services. But then I wanted to go again, called to see when they were closing. I was told 7, when on the website they close at 7:30pm. Once I got there, they were walking out of the door after I told them that I would be on my way. So they were going to leave KNOWING that I was coming. The male worker/owner/whoever stated that they took their last patient at 6:30 and had a dinner to go to. So they did not want to do my services. If you will be closing sooner than your scheduled time, that should be known online so people will not have to bother to get services and anything thats done on personal time would not be interrupted either.
