Today around 5.45 pm on the 894 bypass in Milwaukee one of their drivers ran me off the road on purpose in rush hour traffic. I was in the left lane and all of a sudden this tractor trailer comes over into my lane with no signals going way over the 55 mph speed limit. I hit the brakes and almost go into the wall. I fall back behind him blowing my horn and flashing my lights and when I pull up around his right side h swerves into the right lane again towards me. Then he takes off swerving through traffic cutting off everyone still speeding so I wasn't able to get any numbers off the truck but it had the trucking company name on the back and side. Even if is was to go 75 mph I could never catch up to him. This is not the first time one of their drivers did something like this years ago in route 41 late at night the same thing happened . I got back to Kenosha around 6:15 so I'm sure the tractor trailer made it back by 6:00.

I have been working for the Kutzler family for almost 4 years. Every employer has their strengths and weaknesses. I can truly say that I love my job and appreciate the family atmosphere that we work in!

You know I truly don't want to bad mouth a company I worked for. For the most part you were a good company to work for, however when owner states directly to you that you are just another driver to fill a truck, the statement he uses "it's not about me" really falls short of being believable. I worked there for 2 years, I kept my truck spotless inside and out. Of course I had to buy all my own cleaning supplies to keep that truck clean, it actually made me write this after seeing that they used my truck in a picture to promote the company truck 129. I had a bonus coming for a hire on of 2500.00 and I referred 3 drivers at 2500.00 each of course all of the money was not paid to me because of they way this company says it's not about me...lol. Every 6 months 500.00 is paid out as long as all parties stay for the 2.5 years when every other company pays out bonuses at the end of 90 day of employment, but remember it's not about me. I put in my two week notice to only get taken off my current account of Uline and then reassigned to something that paid less, after making very good rapport with Uline staying late coming in early really impressing the customer. Then on the day of Reassignment I send a text to a bad apple and the next thing I know I'm being fired for a stupid reason and it was to ensure that kutzler didn't have to pay me through the two weeks. So now not only screw me out of bonuses but as well screw me out of two weeks pay. The worst part of your Decisions is that word of mouth travels fast and when drivers find out that one is displeased they will not work for you. No 401k at this company even though it's advertised as such. No annual raises. No reviews, barely any safety meetings. So my words to drivers coming in as new hires is going to be..... "it's not about you, it's about them."

Driver delivered to a business park. She dropped her trailer on the street for 30-40 minutes, and didn't leave room to re-hook without totally blocking the DRIVEWAY of the business across the street. Rig 135. With trailer 547. She was extremely rude a d you could tell that you best not even try to talk to her, or she would mess you up.

I’m not happy about getting fired from here they played it off as it was my fault but was it or the drama around me? The shop Keith and guys do a good job keeping up with equipment some might of seen things different but I know better from spotting with Tami a great supervisor to work with at APL logistics in pleasant prairie wi. I believe the real reason I got fired is cause of a coworker Shane who looked kinda like a individual from my past but either way one night around the time of the rioting I noticed a couple 5 gallons gas cans on east side of building that I made him aware of and left it up to him to tell staff about. One thing that I noticed was a lot of Kutzler trailer being red tag so I started checking other carriers cause what better way to prevent accidents and give the DOT more work to do by helping companies make sure their drivers didn’t leave with equipment failures from the start so what I noticed is the biggest carrier equipment had out of service defects also going unchecked due to the fact they run prepass and the more trucks a company has it’s harder to bring scores down when at any given time they can run brand new equipment through boost scores back up where smaller trucking companies like kutzler express have a harder time and higher costs to stay on top of it. Great safety recruiter who cares about her drivers Lori Countryman and good dispatch team keeping trucks rolling with some top clients SC Johnson, Rowndys C& M Recycling . One thing I learned from my short time working here is that Kutzler newer equipment could save up to 25000 in fuel costs compared to Arrow Group and older equipment.
