Do not buy an appliance here. they don't stand behind the products they sell. Maytag in particular, used to have a good reputation not so much anymore. we bought a fridge here about 8 months ago and it has broken twice. it takes diamond repair weeks to send someone out and then you wait until the part comes in so count on 3 weeks without a working appliance. Lowe's couldn't have cared less when I called them for a return. they won't do anything and take no responsibility for the junk they sell. overall a complete joke and a waste of money. do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Never Lowe’s. Do not EVER use them for a kitchen install!!!!!My 85 year old mother hired Lowe’s to purchase and install her kitchen in August 2022. It is finally finished on February 13 of 2023 when her cabinets initially showed up, the installer finally arrived and began to install the cabinets. Apparently he did not take inventory and parts were missing. I guess it was not his job to contact Lowe’s and tell them items were not there, so my brother did. So after a two month delay, the extra cabinets finally showed up and he installed them, though not completely. After this, the countertop people came and measured her countertop. When they came to install the countertop, they cut the sink out wrong, and had to return it to the store. Finally, when they returned with the proper countertop, we discovered that the installer of the cabinets never put on a piece to cover up the spice rack, which was located next to the oven. The job is finally complete and I have called up Lowe’s. Corporate office to complain. I have called the store and ask for the manager, and I have called up the corporate office and asked for the district manager, and as of this minute, neither has contacted me. I have talk to someone at the store who is very nice but they don’t seem to want to own up to their mistakes and give my mom the credit she is due for losing her kitchen for seven months. And, of course, during this time, family members installed and uninstalled Temporary countertops so she could live, costing more money on top of the price for her kitchen.
During this whole ordeal, Lowes never reached out to my mom to apologize for the inconvenience, offer any assistance or offer any help to a solution to this matter. ( as I found out, the only person who knew that there was a problem was the person who sold the original order). If I could give this situation, zero stars I would have. And I hope this goes out to people who are thinking about using Lowe’s as a contractor to install something in their house to second think this. They don’t seem to understand the concept of being a contractor.
And to add insult to injury, when confronted with the situation, they are only offering her $1200 back for her inconvenience. ( though over 12000 was spent).

Such a great experience here...I came unsure of colors and very indecisive yet the 3 women working in the paint dept were absolutely amazing!!! So sweet and patient and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way and above and beyond to explain the different finishes, colors (warm/cool), and giving me ideas! I was blown away by their customer service!!!

Lowes is always reliable for you home improvement needs. The Kenosha location is no exception. Friendly staff with an extremely well kept store. Lowes also offers many discounts and price match guarantees as well.

Had a water heater issue. Lowes got the new one installed the same day using DRF plumbing. Excellent job!

Pro's: Best staff in the store is in paint or appliances. The appliance delivery personnel are fantastic. Con's: Don't go to the store before 9am if you're simply looking around the store...every single turn is "do you need help?...are you ok?....can I help you with something? Listen, you wear a blue vest, if I need you I will find you...I just want to walk through the store looking at options for my next project. Two separate times I did need help locating items I dealt with elderly staff (one woman and one bald man) who spoke condescending...now I refuse their help when in the store.

I just waited 2 different days, Monday 12-7 and Wednesday 2-6 for a fridge delivery that never came. Worst company to take care of their customers! I will never buy anything from here ever again and unless you really want to waste your time I suggest you don’t buy anything from them either.

I highly recommend going anywhere else but Kenosha Lowe’s for water heaters first even though they have them in stock in stock the associate will tell you she can not sell it to you, it has to go through a tech agent ok he calls me only to tell me he can not install that type of water heater because he has no one available who can, so I’m majorly confused how do you stock a product that you refuse to sell to your customer and secondly how do you stock a product that your own installation contractor can not install makes absolutely no sense clearly Lowe’s is doin so well they would rather I spend a couple grand on a water heater elsewhere

I am new to the area and this is my local and go-to hardware store. I have had some days where the check out process or guest service process is lengthy, but, overall the demeanor from the employees has been extremely kind and helpful, and I have found that a little patience (especially during these Covid-y Home Improvement Days) goes a long way. The store is laid out well with a big garden center and the paint desk located near the front. There is a spacious parking lot and getting in and out is easy. I have been lucky to work with some really kind folks in the paint department that provided great information and a friendly disposition, especially Gary, who was very nice. I also have had to get some management assistance with a couple large orders I have placed, and have had beyond excellent customer service all around, but, specifically from Stephanie. She assisted me with a large order of blinds and informed me of their install service that they provide. I normally do not opt for the these services, but in this case, I did. And I am SO happy that it was recommended to me. Their technician, Josh, did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with! I am very pleased with the service and product I have received from this Lowe's. If you're looking for a home improvement store to has many options and good customer service, I would highly recommend this Lowe's. Happy Shopping!

We had custom blinds made and Josh, their installation expert was absolutely fantastic. He came out and measured then we went to the Kenosha Lowe's and picked out our blinds. When they arrived Josh came out and installed them. He's so knowledgeable, pleasant and works with speed and precision.

The worst customer service you can imagine. They delay my shipment for a month, and drop it off broken when it's finally delivered. For 2 weeks we've been trying to get them to resolve the issue- saying they'd return our calls but really just ignore us. $600 purchase. Then they try to say that it's now past the 30 days. 1 - how? It was delivered 9/1. 2- we have been callin FOR WEEKS! If it's past any date it's a direct result of awful customer service. Since when is it my fault you delay my shipment and won't contact me about my incident reports? All we want is the adaptor fixed. It came broken. But now they want us to return it and purchase a new one at a higher price. Don't bother purchasing anything from this scam of a business.

I was at the Lowes in Kenosha to buy two arborvite evergeens . Because of a bad knee with weight restrictions I could not load them up into the back of my SUV. I went to the service counter to pay for the evergreens and to also ask for help loading them into the back of my vehicle. I was told by a rude unprofessional manager that their employees could not load the arborvites into the back of my vehicle. I asked why and was told they can only load items into the back of open flatbed pickup trucks because of the Covid 19 virus. I told the manager that their employee would not be inside of my SUV. That all I needed was for them to get the pot that the evergreen was in over the top of the bumper and I could slide the rest of the evergreen into the back of the SUV, she said that did not matter that they still couldn't do it. My advice to anyone that needs help with anything getting loaded into there vehicle unless you have an open flatbed truck is that you go to another store and you probably won't experience the same problem with loading that I did today at Lowes

The rating is 0. Management is totally incompetent!!! Costumer assistance is nonexistent. I've spoken with 5 different people that claim to be the store manager, I've ask for names no one would give their last name, so the first name was probably a lie. The manager of "doors" Brian is incompetent. When I told him that he laughed. Real funny? If you're the manager of this Kenosha store you should be fired.

Don't buy appliances from Lowe's unless you plan on installing them yourselves. Long story short, their installation and delivery contractors suck! They don't give a crap about your house let alone the appliances they are delivering. I will now be on my third delivery of washer, dryer and pedestals which were all previously delivered with damages. My refrigerator was also scratched on the side when the delivery guys forced it thru the front door. Management at the store could care less. You email them the pics of damages and they rebuttal your concerns. One gentleman followed thru and he was the one who finally told me that they would have to redeliver, but again, it will be the same crappy delivery company as before. Called corporate to put in my official complaint and am waiting to hear back. Depending on the outcome, I may have them come pick up all of the appliances for a full refund and go to Costco or Best Buy to replace them. I've spent nearly $10k at this Lowe's in the last month and I wont give them another red cent.

I really don't know how this store stays in business. I've gone twice this summer for large purchases and not only is it difficult to find someone to assist you, the staff seems to be put out by my simple questions. One of which was an incredibly rude manager. I went straight to Menards
