Just got a quote for privacy fence from Lowe's, they're $10,000 higher than a quote from a fencing company in Racine Wisconsin, Lowe's in my opinion is a rip off. My opinion if you need a fence privacy fence. Go to a fencing company that specializes in fencing. Do not use Lowe's

We were avid customers w LOWE'S card and everything UNTIL they got rid of DEI! Any company that doesn't lookout for the marginal can't benefit from my hard-earned money! I'd rather give my money to a company w NO POLITICAL AFFILIATION than one that goes against my principles. My husband is also a DisVet! Instead of fighting against racism and exclusion, they're fighting for it.

Went to Lowrs in Kenosha WI today, Couldent get help from anyone! Talked to 3 people that were not doing anything and none of them were willing to help, said they were just too busy? very few people in store so I went around trhe corner to Menards. In and out with help at Menards in less than the time it took just to try and get help from Lowes...Next time I wont stop!

It seems that this Lowes does not care much about products it delivers. We were delivered lawn mower that was stored outside (under the rain) although we bought new one. As a result, mower was completely dead, with a ruined starter, rusty nails, water inside the mower and ruined wheels stopper. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product. When we called Lowes, the person said he would talk to a manager and call us back. We never received any call back. As we called again, representatives were not aware of anything and completely unapologetic. After all they scheduled a second order for a new mower for us and said that delivery crew would drop it off and pick up broken one from us. They offered us 50 dollars refund for gas we used (we are talking about 3000 dollars purchase here, while we have our yard looking like dumpster due to waiting for mower for so long). Then they scheduled delivery to the wrong address which is in Illinois (although original mower was ordered to Wisconsin). So pretty much the whole "discount" we got went towards paying higher tax. The mower would be delivered to a wrong house if I did not notice the wrong address. As drivers arrived here, they were not able to move dead mower and were completely helpless. I had to call my neighbor to do it for them. Very disappointing experience and the fact that we had to babysit the whole process in order to receive our purchase.

This place is a joke. Nobody greeted me family walking in. The lady at the service desk does not belong there. She had a horrible attitude and rolled her eyes at us. Sleepy Dave, the assistant manager has known idea what he is doing. Dave is clueless with 1/4 of a brain. High school students can handle situations much better. Think before you buy here. Exactly why this is not my preferred store. Go Home Depot!

I bought a refrigerator last night but then started having second thoughts. I started to read reviews on line about another refrigerator that I didn't look at when I was there. I decided to go back to Lowes and look at the refrigerators again. I went to the desk and the lady seemed very busy on her computer. I tried to ask her questions but she was very short with me (like I was interrupting her). She did walk back to the refrigerators with me, and while i was asking her questions, she kept saying it's a personal preference. I was asking her about shelfs and ice maker etc. She seemed like she wanted to go back and work on her compuer instead of help me. I decided I was going to cancel my order and she handed me a card and said call them. I had no idea what she was talking about...I bought the refrigerator from Lowes...who was I calling to cancel? I asked to talk to the manager and I'm happy I did. He explained and talked to me about the difference in the refrigerators I was looking at. If it wasn't for the kindness and information I got from Rob, I would've canceled my order. Honestly, I don't usually complain, but this person's rudeness was over the top. Customer service = be kind and helpful.
