Mitchell Carpets provides great price and quality, with a selection that is both affordable and honest. While they do not have a flashy showroom, their fair pricing is consistently noted as being lower than competitors. The owners and staff are very friendly, helpful, professional, kind, and treat customers like family, with no sales pressure. They are knowledgeable, accommodating with scheduling, and prompt from measurement to installation. The installation team is incredible, professional, efficient, and wonderful. Installers are on time, move swiftly, and complete work in a single day, even moving furniture and appliances and returning them perfectly. They leave no mess behind. Customers are very happy with products like vinyl plank flooring, carpet, and tile, which make homes look beautiful and brand new. The upgraded memory foam carpet pad is recommended. Service is described as the best ever, going above and beyond, with follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Mitchell Carpets is highly recommended by all reviewers.
