Very helpful and friendly staff. Brought in a pair of tires I ordered online to get them mounted and balanced on my wife’s 24 outlander and it couldn’t have went any smoother. Also good prices. You’ve gained a customer for life!

Terrible experience. Called and complained the whole entire time what was wrong with my car and never put it on diagnostics to actually see what was going on it and just went off what was told to “fix” the issue. Came in for a tune up and completely made the problem worse . Waste of $330!!!

Needed a flat tired looked at and patched. They were super friendly and checked it for me right away. I was in and out in under 25 minutes. Great price too. Even swapped out the spare for me for free. Couldn't ask for better service than that. The place was clean and well organized. Great local business. We'll certainly be back.

I am the Dad and therefore the car expert in the family. We have been using Mueller's for many years now on many vehicles. Sometimes it's new tires, on an old cheap car was used tires they had in stock. And they repair tires fast and cheap. We usually have tires shipped from Tire Rack directly here. They use a torque wrench on the lug nuts, the cherry on top for a car guy that loves his family. We are blessed to have a family owned business like this in town!

Bought a set of gently used 35 inch BFG KO2 tires with Mammoth wheels. All five tires and wheels in excellent shape. It was the best deal within 500 miles of Chicago (yes…i looked). Definitely recommend this place. “Small town” shop feel with highly skilled techs and friendly staff.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I really really would.They have zero professionalism and truly made me waste my time and money. After keeping my car for an entire day (scheduled appointment) they didn’t even begin working on my vehicle and wasn’t even informed of the delay until 2 hours before it was scheduled to be picked up (they had my car since opening and didn’t call me until 3 pm and it was scheduled to be picked up at 5) I asked if it would be possible to be provided a discount for the inconvenience since I was forced to take additional Ubers to get around while I wait on them to finish and was hit with straight rudeness and then after I said how I was being treated was unprofessional, I was then told that they are not going to fix my vehicle at all. I work three jobs and saved my up money to get these repairs done before the snow gets here. They do not care about their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. Save yourself the trouble and take your car to someone else.
